When Ursula goes to the spa From Crud to Stud to help her change her looks and ways, she never thought to find the man of her dreams. One look at the demon Farron and Ursula knows that he is the one. He sees her as no one else does and Ursula is not going to give up on making Farron see that they belong together. Farron knows he is not good enough for Ursula and will try his damnedest to stay away from the beautiful angel. Can two people from opposite sides find a way to a happy ever after?

I enjoyed this trip to From Crud to Stud. Both Ursula and Farron are good people. While each one is trying to fix their own perceived faults, they are determined to have the other stay as they are. The two are good together Farron is a sweet man with a big heart and Ursula finds a new side of herself that even she did not know that she had. It was nice to see these sides of the two that no one else ever sees. The attraction between the two grows and blossoms into something much stronger and the harder Farron tries to stay away from Ursula the harder she tries to seduce Farron. As Ursula works on Farron we also get to see the depth of the friendships made at the spa, it was nice to see the camaraderie and true friendship between everyone. I enjoyed watching Farron and Ursula fight hard for their happy ever after with the help of friends. I loved seeing Ursula find her true self and go after the man she loves. Ursula and Farron’s adventure is a nice addition to this series and I am eager to see just what this author comes up with next for this world.

Zoe has put walls upon walls around her heart. She is not about to let anyone hurt her ever again. Love has only ever brought her heartache and pain. In the end it even cost her life. Since becoming a demon Zoe has not only given up on love but also on men. When three gorgeous demons are hired to help her at her job Zoe must find a way to get past her lust. She figures no one would want her as she has learned that the hard way already and she is not ready to repeat that lesson again.

Zoe’s story is a nice addition to the Taming the Beast series by Tina Donahue. She is a strong woman who has literally been to Hell and back. Zoe longs for love but her past has shown her that it is not for her. When Taro, Stefin and Anatol show interest in her she assumes it is only temporary and fights hard to keep her heart safe, but these three demons have more than a quick lay in mind and try hard to prove their intentions. Each man has a distinctive personality and shines in his own right. Together they show Zoe the love that she longs for if only she would take it. I enjoyed seeing the journey that Zoe and her men take. It was nice to see Zoe and her men find something strong and deep. I was glad to see Zoe grow and realize that she is just as wonderful as all the women around her are.

The author does a nice job of continuing this series and keeping it interesting with each book. I am eager to see what will happen in the next story.

While Jasmine with the help of her sisters, fights for her life they find themselves at a bar and picking up Mike. Little do they know that he may just be her salvation. Jasmine and Mike are more than attracted to each other and a bond begins to form but can they trust Mike with the truth? Will they ever be able to find Desiree and get her to break the curse? Jasmine and Mike may have found each other but Jasmine is quickly running out of time.

This book was a different kind of story than I am used to by this author. I am a big fan of Tina Donahue and decided to give this one a try. Right from the start I knew that I would enjoy this one as well. Jasmine is such a strong woman. She never gives up and continues to fight until her last breath. Mike is a wonderful man. He has pain and secrets of his own but is more than willing to help Jasmine no matter what the cost is to him. The bond that builds between them turns to love and watching it bloom was a beautiful read. The two make a wonderful couple always caring more about the other than themselves.

Not only do the main characters make this a great read but also the secondary ones make more than an impression on the reader. Jasmine’s sisters and her dear friend Ben definitely endear themselves to the reader as much as Jasmine and Mike do. The love that they all share makes this a wonderful read that should not be missed.
