When the young law student, Deana Curtis decides that she will visit her childhood crush’s home for her summer vacation, she was not quite expecting the ride of her life that she would endure. After walking through the front door Deana sees Aunt Reggie who is the rock stars’ aunt. Instantly Aunt Reggie notices her necklace, talks to Deana for a second about it and says that she should believe in the necklace because wishes sometimes come true. When Deana decides to test the necklace she makes a wish to be with the real rock star/spy from the sixties named Tristan. She finds that the necklace has taken her back to 1962 and her rock god just happens to be standing right in front of her. When she tries to tell Tristan that she has come from the year 2007 he does not believe her at first. Next up on Deana’s list is trying to save him from disappearing like he did in August of that year. Can Deana do it, or will she end up stuck in 1962 with Tristan?

This book received five hearts, obviously. The fact that the reader read this book within 4 hours plays a big role. That means the book had such great characters and wonderful plotline that this reviewer could barely even wait to turn the next page to continue reading. Deana is such a great fit for this story. It is almost as if the book gives off that air that the author didn’t make up the story, just simply took something that happened in real life and added some spice to it. Everyone knows that normally it is very hard to follow up one wonderful book with another. That will be even better than before with this book, but this author has supremely surpassed her first book. This book was an absolute joy to read, the wonderful mix of suspense and love made the perfect chorus for this song of a book. This reviewer has said as much as she could to say about how good this book is, but the greatness of this story is not able to be spoken in words.
