Once
again Katie MacAlister weaves a wonderful story that pulls readers into her
wondrous world of dragons and does not let go until the very end. Dragon Fall brings us the tale of Aoife and
Kostya. As always this author brings us
a great couple. Aoife is a smart and
sassy woman and I just loved her. Kostya is a great man underneath all his stubbornness.
He is one a mission and does not need the distraction of a female. He tries to
keep his focus on the mission yet when he comes across Aoife all his good
intentions go out the window. The two
make a great couple and loved watching the two find their happy ever after.
Their
story is a good mix of adventure and romance. It is full of twists and turns
that will take you on a great ride. I enjoyed my visit to this world and having
the demon dog Jim in the mix made it all the better. I was quickly immersed in
this story and even found myself laughing out loud at times. Katie MacAlister proves just why she is an
auto but for this reader with this book.
I enjoyed the banter between Aoife and Kostya as their relationship began to take shape. Being a longtime fan of this author and her dragons I was excited to see Kostya get his own book. Between trying to break a curse and finding a mate he has his hands full. This story is a continuation of the dragon world and I would recommend reading the earlier dragon books to fully understand the story.
Dragon Fall is a fun and entertaining read full of great characters and emotions. I am happy we finally got to return to the world of dragons and hope that readers will be treated to more from this world.
