David just wants to enjoy some time on the beach, but his day does not go as he planned when he catches the eye of two visiting volley ball players from Australia.  Being harassed is not something David wants to deal with but for some reason the men pull at something in David. When Gareth surprises David and seeks his attention, David does not know what to do. Gareth is young and, in the closet, where Gareth goes Edge is not far behind. David has had enough of angry abusive men and fears that Edge may be just that so how could he want to something from him as much as he wants Gareth?

I quickly fell into this story. It is full of emotions and angst and grabs your attention right from the start never letting go until the end. Each man is going through problems of his own and with the help of the others things just might work themselves out. David is a good man who longs for love but is dogged by an abusive ex. Making it hard for David to open his heart and trust again. Gareth is hiding who he truly is, and Edge is so confused he doesn’t know what to do or think anymore. I really enjoyed watching their relationship take shape. Their love and trust is a beacon for each of the men when their world is turned upside down. The three are good together and it was nice to see the men fight for love.

VOLLEY BALLS is a wonderful and engaging story and narrator Nick J Russo brings these men and their drama to life quite nicely.

This is an objective and not an endorsement of this book.
