When the man of his dreams shows up at his booth at the art fair Rod is stunned speechless but when his best friend sets his sights on Hunter it breaks Rod’s heart. Hunter is big and macho and would never look twice at a man like Rod but a surfer like Jerry is just the right man. Even though it hurts Rod he does his best to get the two together, but things take a turn when Hunter agrees to pose for Rod. As it turns out Rod and Hunter are more suited to each other than they think but Hunter is still hiding, and Rod is tired of fighting for what he cannot have.

This is a sweet story about finding love when you least expect it and giving it a chance. Rod is a good man and has tried hard to be himself and live a carefree life. When he finally meets Hunter, he falls for the man but hides his true feelings. Giving Jerry and Hunter a chance to be happy together but life has different ideas. Hunter is not truly happy and must work through what he really wants and how he will live his life. Their story is full of emotions and strong friendships. It was nice to see the friends support one another. I enjoyed watching Hunter and Rod’s attraction turn into something deeper and Hunter’s turmoil made this a captivating story. Narrator Nick J. Russo gives this story life and keeps the narration flowing nicely letting the listener get lost in the story.
