This collection of stories contains multiple worlds about finding just what you need and taking a chance on love. The women in these stories find the strength to move on in life and go after what they truly want. In these stories you are treated to cross dressers and exotic dancers and more. Love will come to you when you least expect it to and these women learn that lesson. Protection can come from oneself or from the one you love and these stories show us that love will always win in the end.
 

So may stories to tell; a woman hiding as an exotic dancer finds help in a man who is hiding his true self from her. An abused woman finds out just how much her new man can give her, two crossdresser find out that they are not alone and Beltane dancers are dancing for more than just the ritual. Each of the authors has built a world where the woman can find the strength in herself to fight for love.

While these stories are well written I was not immersed in their worlds. They are sweet and full of romance but did not have the emotion or intensity to them that would grab my attention and not let go. I found that they were missing something for me. These are short fast paced reads that give readers a nice romance.  If you are looking for something short and sweet this collection of stories might be for you.

Khloe Matters is a successful romance author and Nicholas Carver is the government tax auditor sent to check her tax records. Khloe convinces him to go to a writers’ festival with her so that he’d see her expenses were legitimate. He has an ulterior motive for agreeing to attend. Despite everything the attraction between them is explosive.

I liked the idea of a very different hero. Oh, he’s as hunky and loveable as usual, but an IRS auditor is quite unusual. 

This is a fast paced little story, with just enough background to set it in place and plenty of hot sex and fun as the story races along.

Ms. Kane has a bright imagination and a light hand for humor, so the story is a fun read which I enjoyed. I will certainly look for more of her books in the future.

There was just one glitch. They forgot to remove the heroine’s underwear before they had sex the first time. Well, they were in a hurry and it had mysteriously vanished so didn’t cramp their style, but still, someone should have noticed that during editing.

Sophie is a good girl, always doing good, taking care of people, and not thinking about herself. So when Christmas comes around, one of Dandy’s jobs as Santa’s elf is to see that those that do good don’t get left out. Sophie is at the top of his list and he gets the perfect idea of a gift for her. Sophie finds that Santa has left a hunk at her door for Christmas. Nickolie is a sex demon and he is going to give Sophie the best Christmas she’s ever had. Sophie is about to learn that sometimes being naughty can also be very rewarding. She has a lot of fun unwrapping her gift and using it before it expires on Boxing Day.

Well, I’m sure after reading this hot little story, you will wish that you could get such a Christmas present from Santa! Anne Kane shows her readers that good girls can have all the fun. Nickolie is just sex on legs and a caring, loving man who only wants to pleasure Sophie in any way he can. If that isn’t the makings of a fantasy man, what is? I had great pleasure reading this story and wished it had been longer with Sophie and Nickolie’s relationship expanding. One thing about these shorts, they show what an accomplished writer can really do. Anne Kane is an author I will want to read again. I know that after reading this one, you will want to be good for the coming year!
