Can you keep a promise and still find love? Jamie is finding it harder and harder to be the standup guy and fight his feelings for Summer. Years ago he promised to keep her safe. Her dying brothers wish was for Jamie to watch over Summer for him. Summer has always had feelings for Jamie but now that so many years have passed she decides that her only chance at happiness in her life is to move on but the day Jamie sees Summer at the club all bets are off. Jamie has finally given in to his desires but is it too late for him?

Jamie must make the choice of going after what he wants or watching it slip away. Summer knows that even if her body reacts to Jamie she cannot count on the connection. He will eventually leave just like everyone else important in her life has. These two must work through so much to make things work. Their story is not only a hot one but one that is full of depth and feelings.

I enjoyed Jamie and Summer’s story and was quickly pulled in to their story. It moves at a good pace and pulls the reader into their world not letting go until the very end.

This story is full of emotions. Jamie and Summer go through so much in their lives and are survivors. They are hardened by it and both have their own issues to deal with. I enjoyed watching their relationship grow and strengthen. Love is hard to come by and always worth the fight to keep it.

After many years away Allie LeClair has finally come home. Allie is on a mission to show her old friend; Mick that she is strong enough to handle his dominant side now. Mick is not so sure Allie is able to deal with him let alone that he is even good enough for her. Can the two get past their previous mishaps and aim for their future?

Emotions run high in this story. Both Mick and Allie are both dealing with so much. Second chances are rare and Allie is determined to get and keep her man this time around. As the two reconnect Mick must deal with so many things that threaten to tear them apart.

The two make a wonderful couple. The love that they have shines through in every page. Trusting Allie comes easy for Mick but trusting that he is worthy of Allie is Micks biggest hurdle. Watching the two fall back in love was a good read. Their attraction to each other never waned and to see it come to fruition was nice.  I enjoyed the electricity between these two, especially when Mick finally lets go and enjoys Allie’s submission.  Separate the two may be flawed but together they make a perfect whole. Proving love is always the strongest when you believe in it and want it.

Not only do we get Allie and Mick’s story but the secondary characters have a lot to say as well which has me eager to see what will come to this world next.  I hope that I get to visit this world again sometime soon.

Adam is tall, dark and oh-so-sexy. He left me breathless right along side of Skye.

This reviewer is a huge fan of Eliza Gayle, but this story left me disappointed. There was a premise to the story that I felt was forgotten about along the way. The heroine and hero had undeniable chemistry and when they came together, sparks flew. The sexual tension and combattery was amazing and engaging. It felt like the premise was pushed aside for sex. In this reviewer’s opinion, I would have liked to see the story finished. And the tons of questions I have answered.

Mr. Gabriel claims to be an expert in BDSM and who is this reviewer to argue? CUPID’S CAPTIVE has proven to this reader that Mr. Gabriel does know his way around BDSM and very well. The Dom/Submissive scenes are intense, riveting and oh so breathtaking. From the first sentence you’re drawn to the hero John. Mr. Gabriel shows you a softer side to this strong, sexy Dom. The heroine Stephanie or “Steffy”, as she called throughout the story is one strong-willed woman. At twenty-one she’s wise beyond her years. She knows what she wants and determined to succeed in winning the affection of John.


LISTEN TO ME by Alessia Brio

This three page snippet is about two nameless people who are engaging foreplay. One is blindfolded while the other is controlling the situation. The one in control has a secret, but is waiting for the right moment.

I must say, as a reviewer this was the first time I was thoroughly confused by a story and disappointed. I was distracted by the need to figure out if they were male or female. I couldn’t connect with the characters because I wasn’t sure who they were and weren’t given any names. That’s not to say that given more of the story I wouldn’t have liked it. In my opinion had we been given more of the story it would have answered the questions running through my mind.

SHADOW PLAY is a fascinating paranormal romance. Brenna and Hex couldn’t be more different not only from their characters but also from their lifestyles, which makes the story so interesting.

This story is connected to Ms. Croft’s great ACRO series, but it can be absolutely read as a stand-alone. Although I have to warn you that her stories are addictive and you will definitely want to check out her other books.

Night Vision by Stephanie Tyler

Suddenly Catie is the owner of her late uncle’s ramshackle bar and she wants nothing to do with it. So she hires someone to make the bar profitable again and Bat Kelly is just the right person for the job. What she doesn’t count on was the feelings that he stirs in her.

Ms. Tyler delivers a hot and very sensual, as well as steamy story with NIGHT VISION. Her hero is hotter than hell and Catie is just the perfect heroine for him, it’s like two halves become one.

Three terrific authors in a fantastic anthology, that is every penny worth that it costs. Each of the three stories areabsolutely outstanding and a real pleasure to read. This book is a keeper for sure.
