With some tight writing, a fast paced storyline and enigmatic characters that leave you hooked, you will find DARK AWAKENING a delightful sensual treat to be enjoyed over and over again.

Meet Gadriel, the Angel of War and a Fallen Angel. Determined to wreck his vengeance on humanity for forcing him out of heaven, he never reckoned on a human woman to get under his skin and make him feel things like no other woman has ever done before. Gadriel is a sexy, alpha hero who is made this reader want to curl up under him and sigh with pleasure. Ms. Featherstone really introduces a few Fallen Angels and man were they all sexy as sin. The simmering sexual tension between Nadira and Gadriel was icing on the cake especially as he learns that some things are still mysterious even to fallen angels. Both characters interacted well with the secondary characters and sub-plots kept the story flowing like a well moving stream.

DARK AWAKENING is a pure gem of an introduction into Ms. Featherstone’s The Watchers series and if you enjoy dark and sexy angels and the women, who seem to tame them, then grab DARK AWAKENING. This is an author that I have on my ‘to read’ list and can not wait for the next Watcher book. I just hope it isn’t too long of a wait.

DARK ADMIRER is the second book in this series of fallen angels. You don’t need to read the first book, DARK AWAKENING to understand the characters mentioned in this one. I enjoyed the tight writing, fast paced storyline and Ms. Featherstone definitely keeps the simmering sexual tension HOT between Eve and Anael. I truly enjoyed the way the characters interacted with each other and with secondary characters as the plot unfurled, one page at a time. Ms. Featherstone definitely keeps the readers interest in her second book about Fallen Angels.

Meet Eve Parker, new to the area, who has opened her dream bookstore. Feeling lonely, with not many friends yet, Eve finds herself rescuing a man who seemed to drop out of nowhere behind her store. Will Eve find the object of her fantasies become a reality or will it all fade away when morning comes? I absolutely love Eve. She is a self professed bookworm geek, a woman who enjoys romance novels and has fantasies of being the center of a hunky man’s life and given all the sex she desires. Eve is a character that appeals to everyone. Fun, shy and lonely, she never expects a strong silent type to appear on her doorstep but low and behold, there he is- Anael, fallen angel of lust and desire, an angel who is to stir sexual relationships between humans. Anael is strong and a bit hurt from his years of being mute and tortured from the “pit”. When he finds himself with Eve, he finds his heart, long thought dead, beat for a woman who stirs more than his lusts; it stirs a love that he would do anything to give to feel. Both characters mesh well together and you get a feel of how Anael’s punishment has changed him and Eve finds herself drawn to a man who is as mysterious as he is sexy. Can Anael and Eve be together? Ms. Featherstone keeps that question hovering as you race to see how it all ends for Anael and Eve.

DARK ADMIRER is a great read that will keep you highly entertained as you read about this sexy fallen angel. I look forward to reading the next story in this series and hope it isn’t too long of a wait for it.
