I love this series with a passion. The sheer sensual delight amid the pages leaves the reader wanting more. Author Violet Summers delivers a stirring, emotional story that will leave you breathless as Nuriel faces her fears in the feline lands and also finds a passion worth fighting for. The writing is tight, characters well written and multi-dimensional and the searing passion between Nuriel, Ze’ev and Kefir is very hot. The reader can feel the emotional connection Nuriel and Ze’ev have and the beginning of her bond with Kefir in the story. What I love about this author’s work is how enjoyable and life like the characters are. The characters face issues we all deal with in real life and the author does a wonderful job in keeping the characters sympathetic-even the bad guys, which is a nice change of pace for me. Normally I can’t stand the bad guys in a story but the author is able to give these guys a sympathetic voice even amid the rebellion.

Violet Summers delivers a passionate tale of three people finding love amid danger that stalks them at every step. With the perfect balance of storyline and sexual tension, NURIEL’S COUGAR delivers another home run for this author. I can’t wait to see what is in store for Nuriel and her consorts next. I just hope I won’t have to wait too long.

If you enjoy an emotional, passion filled story with characters that steal your heart, then grab the Queens of Merab series and settle in for hours of reading enjoyment.

NURIEL’S WOLF is the next chapter in the Queens of Mareb series by the talented Violet Summers. I loved the first five books detailing Temair’s journey to find her consorts and now it is her foster sister, Nuriel’s turn. I fell in love with this series from the beginning and love that we now get to see another of the princesses finding their mates especially in the aftermath of Nuriel’s terror and abduction by the rebels. It will take a strong man to get past the fears she holds and it will take a strong woman to love the Wolf Lord. Author Violet Summers doesn’t let up on the action as she takes the reader on a delightful journey of acceptance, love and healing. With each page, I was drawn into the web that this author spun and the characters had me enthralled till the very end.

The reader is thrust into a story full of captivating characters and hot sexy heroes that gets your pulse pounding. Violet Summers definitely delivers with her complex characters and I, for one, am eager to see more of them. We get some new characters this time that left me in suspense and intrigued plus a few friends from the past books show up to my enjoyment. If you are looking for a hot, sexy tale, then I highly recommend the Queens of Mareb series. I do suggest you read from the beginning in order to understand what has happened to Nuriel. I cannot wait to see what happens next on the world of Mareb and specifically, for Nuriel as she goes on her quest for her consorts.

Fyre Lord Miach and Rayne Lord Dathan go to the Fyre Lands to investigate the claims of abuse against men in a village. The sexual tension that simmers between them explodes and the men find a passion that will transform them in ways neither will expect.

I love this series and was thrilled to see a short story featuring the hot Fyre Lord Miach and the cool Rayne Lord Rathan. The author does a marvelous job creating a story that showcases how Miach finally admits that he needs Dathan just as much as he needs his Queen Temair. The simmering sexual tension between these two had me squirming in my seat, rooting for them to get naked and just do it. All this tension was going to make me combust while reading THE JOURNEY. The writing was tight, the action was fast paced and the main characters were well rounded. I really do not want to give away too much as it was a short sixty-plus page story.

The story centers on Fyre Lord Miach and Rayne Lord Dathan as they travel to the Fyre lands to investigate an abuse charge against the men there. While on their way home, Miach finally admits to himself he needs and wants Dathan and the passion that simmers between them explodes as he finally gives in and finds that loving Dathan is so much more than he thought. These two characters are pure alpha male hotness. I love the dynamics of Temair and her consorts and the relationships that build between the men. Dathan has wanted Miach since the first time he met him and Miach struggled with his feelings for the Rayne Lord. The struggle that Miach felt was one I enjoyed as this strong alpha male tried to reconcile his feelings for Dathan and for Temair. The author gets right into the heart of Miach’s dilemma and delivers a hot story that will satisfy the reader’s desire to see if they finally get together.

If you haven’t read the series, The Queens of Mareb, I highly suggest you get right to it. I do suggest you read them in order (TEMAIR'S FYRE, TEMAIR'S RAYNE, TEMAIR'S AIRE and TEMAIR'S EARTH) first to understand fully the relationship Miach and Dathan formed. THE QUEENS OF MAREB: THE JOURNEY is a wonderful short story that will leave you breathless and eager for more stories centered on Queen Temair and her hunky consorts. I am really hoping the author revisits this wonderful world in the future. I just can to get enough of Temair and her consorts.

TEMAIR’S EARTH is the next chapter in this wonderful series by author Violet Summers. I have to admit this is one series I adore and am eager to see what happens next for the world of Mareb and their Queendoms. A fast paced storyline, complex characters and a few twists that leave you breathless are all within these pages and I, for one, was eager to know what would happen next for Temair, her consorts and for all of Mareb.

Temair is on her final leg of her tour of the kingdoms for her consorts. Finding her first three in Queendoms that had corrupt power and attempts on her life has made her wary of places and people. The Earth Queendom is tranquil and peaceful to her growing family and Temair finally finds the final consort in the form of Elan, the largest and gentlest of Mother Earth’s children. He calls to Temair’s soul and in him; she finds a peace that encompasses them all. But as Temair has found out, power can corrupt even the most honest of souls. A foe returns and delivers a blow to her family that shakes her world and it is up to her consorts to figure it all out while keeping Temair alive to ascend the throne. For there are those who want to shake the shackles off and rebellion churns underneath it all. Can Temair and her consorts figure out who the leaders are and stop it before it is too late?

I love the characters in this series. With each book they continue to grow and evolve to people I would love to meet and spend the day with. Temair’s Consorts (Fyre lord-Micah, Rayne lord-Dathan, Aire lord-Zevan, Earth lord-Elan) are so sublimely awesome that even I want to experience their sheer magnetism. These are truly multidimensional characters that step off the pages and into the room with you while you read TEMAIR’S EARTH. They mesh really well with some intriguing secondary characters that I hope to see in future books.

TEMAIR’S EARTH is a story that will keep you glued to the pages as you weave your way through the Earth Queendom and this is an author I am rapidly becoming really fond of. If you enjoy a unique series, then grab the QUEENS OF MAREB. I do highly recommend reading them in order (TEMAIR'S FYRE, TEMAIR'S RAYNE, TEMAIRE'S AIRE) to see how the story begins as each book capitalizes on the previous books. TEMAIR’S EARTH is a wonderful story that will surely heat things up. I just suggest having a bucket of ice nearby to cool things down afterwards.

Oh man, I have to admit this book is the best of the series so far. Ms. Summers delves deeper into Mareb and the kingdom of Emetra and delivers a soul stirring story that will leave you breathless. I love the dynamics of Temair and her fellow consorts. You have the warrior, the playful man and now one who needs her more than ever. With the right amount of passion & mystery, this is an author who captures her characters perfectly. She shows the vulnerability of Zevon, the tight reign he has on his emotions and the fact he yearns for some goodness and hope in his life even as he tries to not hope that this time he can finally have the life he dreams of. The characters are growing delightfully with each book and the reader is transported to other areas of Emetra in each book. With a fast paced storyline, Ms. Summers delivers a story that leaves you eager for more.

Temair has been on her tour of Queendom for her four elemental consorts. The ones who will bring out her own elemental powers and together will forge a family that will help her rule Emetra. She had no problem bonding with her Lords of Fyre and Rayne but in Aire, she finds darkness and a desire that will leave her risking everything for the one man she wants and needs with all her heart. I love Temair with her two lord consorts-Dathan (Rayne) and Micah (Fyre) but with Zevon, Temair and her consorts find a wounded man who will need everything they have in order to survive the Aire kingdom. Multi-dimensional characters bring something alive to this series and it is true in the third book of The Queens of Mareb series, Temair’s Aire. You actually feel like you are part of the story when reading one of this author’s books and I was blown away by the sheer desire to know more about them. Add in some wonderful secondary characters who keep the fast moving storyline flowing and some unexpected twists and turns and you have the makings of a wonderful story for readers to enjoy.

THE QUEENS OF MAREB 3: TEMAIR’S AIRE is an emotionally charged story that will keep you spellbound till the very end. With some wonderful characters, twists that have you going “Oh my god!” to such hot passion, you are drawn into Temair’s search and root for her to find her happily ever after in the end. I do recommend reading the first two books in the series as each book capitalizes on the last one. If you enjoy a highly dynamic series that will have you racing to the author’s website to see when the next book is out, then grab The Queen’s Of Mareb series. It is one I highly recommend for an afternoon of reading pleasure.

I read this within a few hours and found myself having to grab the second book immediately to see what happens next for Temair, Micah and her search for her consorts. Tight writing, fast paced storyline and some amazingly wonderful characters that light up the pages keep TEMAIR’S FYRE moving along nicely. I love the premise of this series and the first book introduces you to the world of Mareb and the people who live there. Ms. Summers is a “new to me” author and this story just makes me want to check out her backlist for more of her books.

Meet Temair, the Crown Princess in the kingdom of Emetra. When she finds herself thrust into the role of Queen-to-be, Temair finds herself on a journey that will test her in ways she never knew. Shy around men, inexperienced and determined to make her family proud, Temair finds her first consort in the Fyre Lands in Micah, oldest prince of the ruling house. Stern, sexy and just a little bit dangerous, he calls to Temair’s heart and soon both are married. Now the real work begins as an attack on Temair finds herself dealing not just her newfound feelings for Micah but a rebellion is brewing and both Micah and Temair must trust in themselves and each other in order to root out the plotters and save their kingdom. I love Temair. She is book smart, inexperienced around men and just a little frightened by the changes in her life recently. A contradiction and quite a delight to read; She is no wilting violet either. Strong, feisty and determined, Ms. Summers creates the perfect heroine to stand up to her first husband, Micah. Now here is one sexy Prince. I was practically drooling over him when he stepped upon the page and when these two met; sparks flew so fast, I was afraid the computer would combust. Some wonderful secondary characters made me smile as well as wonder if they will play a part in future books.
Ms. Summers delivers a wonderful introduction to a new series that will leave you breathless and ready to jump your significant other. With some intriguing characters, bone melting sex scenes and the hint of a mystery, this author keeps the reader glued to the edge of their seat as they flip the pages to see what happens next. If you want a new series to enjoy then grab THE QUEENS OF MAREB 1: TEMAIR’S FYRE and settle in for one hot ride.
