Trisha Sanderson has never had much luck in love and in life. Timid to a fault, she finds herself in the clutches of a demon that came to collect a debt her ex-boyfriend owed him. Demon Bane finds Trisha and takes her as payment instead. What happens next for Trisha has her learning about herself and her hidden desires. Will Trisha want to leave Bane when her time is up?

Whoa mama this was one hot story from start to finish. Author Sara Jay delivers a story full of sexiness, demon goodness and more all within the pages of THE BOON COLLECTOR. This is an author who brings sexy to the pages and delivers a scorching hot read that will tease the senses and ignite the imagination. The writing is tight, story moves at a nice smooth pace and the sex scenes alone will leave you racing to cool off in a cold shower….or tackling your significant other for some release.

Meet Sexy as sin demon Bane. He is here to collect his debt from Trisha’s ex and he won’t take no for an answer. When he spies Trisha instead, well let’s just say she is perfect in his eyes and the answer to the debt he needs to collect. Bane is one sexy demon that had me all a flutter. He is bigger than life and downright sexy...made me want to see for myself what Bane’s charms are all about. The sparks fly once Trisha finds her way with Bane and their sex scenes are totally white hot....I mean ‘off the charts, melt the polar ice cap’ hot. Ms. Jay definitely delivers on that part of the story in more ways than one. The characters are quite enjoyable, intriguing and I wished for more Bane goodness when the last page was read.

THE BOON COLLECTOR is one wild ride from start to finish. The sparks fly between Bane and Trisha and I, for one, wanted more of these two wonderful characters. If you are looking for a hot sexy story to warm up your nights, then I can recommend THE BOON COLLECTOR. I do recommend having your significant other, play toys or a bucket of ice nearby to cool you down.  I can’t wait to see what else this author has in store for her readers in the future.

When Ben Chaudhry wakes up in the middle of the night, he is thinking earthquake…until he runs out the door and finds himself staring at a site he only thinks are part of a dream-elves. These are fairy tales or so he thinks so when he reaches for the phone book to see if there is something or someone to help him, he finds a group many think are just whack jobs, the Paranormal Defense Agency.  What Ben gets is a group who need to be put in the insane asylum but when the hot leader, Chris Gatrell, believing in his story, Ben gets more than he realizes for Chris has had dealings with the elves before and with his mysterious past, Chris is a man who will protect Ben with his life or die trying.

Alex Beecroft’s intriguing BOMBER’S MOON is a story that took me a bit to get into. I had some issues on formatting when it was loaded up on my nook e-reader so that kept pulling me out of the story at times though it did open up just fine on my computer so I am thinking it was just the e-reader at fault and not the publisher. This is a story that had some intriguing parts though I got confused when it would go back and forth between the Fae world and the human world. It was hard to keep track of who was where & why/how they got there. Though after awhile it didn’t matter because I was just to involved with the story after a few chapters. I really wanted to know what would happen next, if Ben and Chris would get their own happily ever after and will they be able to keep the elves at bay.

The author does a great job in keeping the story flowing nicely, at an even pace and the lyrical storytelling was a joy to read once I finished reading the book on my computer. The characters are intriguing and I liked how this author blends the genres seamlessly together, creating a beginning of a story that will transport you. The settings are lush and magical, be it in the human world or the Fae world. This is an author who knows how to transform a story into a vivid, work of art.

Alex Beecroft is a talented storyteller who kept me intrigued about Under the Hill and the twists alone had me reaching for the next page. BOMBER’S MOON is the beginning of a two book story and I can say that the ending will leave you speechless. Though with a few issues that I resolved by changing the device to read this book on, BOMBER’S MOON delivers a delightful afternoon of reading. If you haven’t grabbed one of this author’s books before, I suggest you check them out. There is something for everyone to enjoy.

Dominique LeVeq, a notorious French born pirate, destroys an enemy’s ship and takes all the cargo he can carry, plus the slave crew. Entranced by a beautiful slave, he also takes her enraging her owner, Violet.

Clare Sullivan is devastated as it means she may never see her children again. Dominic falls in love with her and when she realizes he’s interested in giving all slaves their freedom, she succumbs to his advances.

On his Caribbean home island of Libertè, all the people have been freed and life is hard but happy. They ready their ship and take off for Savannah to try and rescue Clare’s children. Danger, death, slave traders and a war, are what they have to surmount. Dominique, his brother and friends combine their skills learnt navigating the high seas to achieve their objective.

CAPTURED is an interesting tale set in the 1700’s, where people were bought and sold with no rights of their own. The characters were an interesting mix of many nations which was different, although it was a little confusing figuring out who belonged to whom sometimes. The tale was based on real life and the pirates who roamed the seas and rested on the islands back then. The settings were quite visual, giving the reader a glimpse of life back then, plus the hardship run-away slaves went through. The romance was well done, but the sex scenes a little repetitive also the characters inner thoughts. I enjoyed the actual story and the historical notes giving some background was very interesting. I’m sure Ms. Jenkins fans will enjoy Dominique and Clare’s story.

THIS IS NOT AN ENDORSEMENT OF THIS BOOK. THIS IS AN OBJECTIVE UNBIASED REVIEW.

Temple knows that Vivian will follow him and after a fight they make love. Now Vivian is torn between her love for Temple and her loyalty to Rupert, who saved her from a life in a freak show.
I am more than a little sad to see this series end, but it was a worthy ending. Ms. Smith did a really great job not only with this book but with the whole series. She is a very talented paranormal author and I can hardly wait to see what she comes up with next. I really hope that she will continue her paranormal Contemporary series.
In NIGHT AFTER NIGHT the conflict plays between love and distrust as well as loyalty, a very important role and Ms. Smith did a great job keeping the suspense until the last page. It’s one of those books that you can hardly put down once you get started.
As the book is the fifth and last book of the Brotherhood of the Blood series I highly recommend that you read the previous ones before reading this one.

There’s a new guy in town. Tall, chocolate brown and handsome. He fixes cars and Kate now looks forward to taking her car in for an oil change so she can stare at him while he works. Then one day, when everyone is gone and McLain is just finishing up on Kate’s car, he takes her down to the Pit and gives her an orgasm she’s never had before, and he never even entered her. Seems that some of the older, gossipy ladies in town have been telling him all about her, and the fact that she stares at him all the time. Then follows an evening rendezvous with even more mind shattering sex and Kate is wondering if maybe she’s found her man at last.

Wow, I didn’t know that Jennifer Mueller could write an erotic romance, but she can and she does it well too. This is a short, but very hot story. Kate is a woman the reader will root for and McLain a man that the reader can drool over. Jennifer Mueller, in her usual uncomplicated style, puts a lot of emotion into the story, some very hot sex and the reader will get some nice thrills with this one. I have always enjoyed Jennifer Mueller’s work and she delivers a good, well rounded story. The short story, in my opinion is always a challenge, which Ms. Mueller has managed with flying colors. I enjoyed this quickie very much and hope that Jennifer Mueller will thrill us with some more erotic romances.
