Anson never truly wanted to be the Alpha of his pack and he certainly did not want to fight his brother for that honor. Yet his uncle insists that the brothers do their duty and participate in the mating ritual. Anson is not interested in being tied down to a woman who only wants him for his status and power. Love is what he longs for but he is realizing that love may never come to him but it seems that fate has a surprise for Anson after all and that surprise is a half demon named Liam. Liam has problems of his own and needs Anson’s help. Neither of the two expect what comes next. Can Anson find a way to help Liam and will the two open their hearts to each other and find a happy ever after?

I really enjoyed Anson and Liam’s story. It takes the reader on a great adventure. Both Liam and Anson are good men put in difficult circumstances but their Gods have smiled upon them and given them a chance at fighting for something. The attraction between the two is there right from the start. Anson may never have been attracted to men before but he finds something in Liam that wakes up more than his libido. I loved Liam and his guards. The interaction between them is great and when they include Anson it gets all the better. Friendship and trust go a long way in this story and Anson must decide on where he belongs.  I enjoyed watching Liam and Anson build their bond. Seeing Anson find his way made for a nice read. He is a strong wolf and it was nice to see him fight for  and alongside those that he cares for.  Love is strong and no matter where you find it you must fight for it. Liam and Anson learn this lesson the hard way.

This story moves quickly and pulled me in to their world right from the very beginning. The author weaves a magical world with great characters full of emotion. I cannot wait to see what else might happen in this world.

CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE! River Prince Marcus Storm doesn’t think he will ever find his mate on Earth. It’s a world with no magic and primitive in his thinking. But the evil that invaded his home land of Tanselm is on Earth and targets Marcus. Time is short, for if Marcus doesn’t find his bride then all is doomed-on Tamselm and for the Storm Lords themselves.

Tessa Sheridan cannot stand Marcus or so she says to herself. His conceit, arrogance and ego rub her the wrong way even as she lusts for his hard body. She hopes that one lucky woman will put Marcus in his place but she never anticipated it would be her. Problems begin to follow her and Marcus as the evil from Tanselm stalks both Marcus and Tessa, while on Earth, someone is determined to frame Tessa for a crime she didn’t commit. Can Marcus show Tessa that his love and passion is more than skin deep? Will they be able to beat the evil on both fronts and have their own happily ever after?

BENEATH THE SURFACE picks up where THE FIRE WITHIN left off and this time we have the arrogant and conceited River Prince, Marcus Storm, to deal with. He is absolutely charming, ruthless and casual in his conquests. He is a man you would love to drool over and spend a day in bed with but woe to you if you get on his bad side. This is an author who creates magic within each book she creates. Ms. Hart has captivating and complex characters, intriguing storylines and hot, explosive passion that fairly burns the computer down. I fell in love with the Storm Lords right from the first book, THE FIRE WITHING. Each Storm Lord wields an element and all are identical brothers. They are different and quite enjoyable once you get past the outer walls around their hearts. BENEATH THE SURFACE is a story that leaves you gasping for more.

Meet the River Prince, Marcus Storm. He can wield the water element and is despairing of finding his chosen mate in this world of no magic. Meeting Tessa Sheridan is a surprise and a pleasure to look at but she seems to be immune to his charms…or so he thinks. Sparks fly between the arrogant Marcus and the feisty Tessa and it boils over into a passion neither anticipates. Marcus and Tessa have to work together as the evil from Marcus’s home land, Tanselm, follows the Storm Lords to Earth. Can Marcus show Tessa that his love is pure and runs deep? Marcus is a man I would love to smack upside the head at his arrogance but then cuddle and soothe as well. He is a complex character whose ego hides vulnerabilities that he tries to keep from everyone, including himself. I loved Marcus and Tessa together. They had chemistry the moment they met and Tessa is the perfect heroine to keep Marcus in line. She is feisty, independent and determined to help Marcus and the Storm Lords deal with their enemy. The secondary characters are wonderful and kept the story moving smoothly with humor and mystery. I just bet family get-togethers with the Storm Lords is full of quips, humor and lots of love.

BENEATH THE SURFACE is a fast paced, passion filled story that will leave you breathless and eager for more. I am eager to see which Storm Lord is next in finding his destined bride. If you’re looking for a fun filled story with entertaining characters, tight writing and passion so hot, it melts the screen, then grab this series. It will surely heat those winter nights up perfectly.

Six stories centered on wolf shifters and werewolves and it will leave you eager for more. Are you ready to sample OVER THE MOON?

First up, Enemy Red (Marie Harte): This is the kick off to the Mark of Lycos series and it introduces Fenris, a rare golden wolf, who was living with his uncle’s Silver Clan until he finds out he has to wed. Running off, he finds himself caught by a sexy female wolf and an alpha to boot. One slight problem- she wants the Silver Clan to die, one wolf at a time.

I absolutely loved this story. It was a hot, wicked ride that left me eager to jump the significant other or jump in a cold shower. The characters were detailed and felt like they could step off the pages into your home. Ms. Harte delivers a great introduction into a series that I am adding to my reading list.

Next up was, Trapped (Jude Mason & Jenna Barnes): Sienna and Garth are crazy in love and werewolves. When during a run, Sienna is captured by poachers, Garth will do anything he can to get her free and stop them from harming any other were. Will the poachers take the bait or will Sienna be trapped forever?

This was an interesting story to read. The story flowed smoothly; characters came to life wonderfully and engaged the reader impeccably. The one thing I found a little lacking was that I would have loved to read more about their life as werewolves if the story were a bit longer.

Next was Stripped Bare (Aurora Rose): Josie Hawkings is on a mission to get the scoop of the century as she lays in wait for the Festival of the Night Lord to commence. Looking around, she stumbles across the Night Lord himself and is whisked away for a night of sex. Lucian, Lord of Istanis, won’t let any woman capture his heart until he spies Josie and finds himself drawn to the innocent beauty. Secrets are hidden from each other as Lucian and Josie fall in love but can both find the strength to reveal them in the end?

Oh man, I think this was one of the best stories in the bunch. I loved how this author captured my interest from the beginning with her twist on werewolves/wolf shifters and it had me eager to read more. With each page, I was drawn more and more into this author’s web and I couldn’t get enough. I would love to read more about the Lord of Ishtanis and the people there. It sounds like a fascinating place. I hope the author comes back to this wonderful world again in the future.

Moonshy (Victoria Blisse): A male werewolf who hates what he has become, a female werewolf who thrives on the kill and a human woman who will step between them. Can Lowell save Jenny from Desdemona before it’s too late?

This was a strong story that I could really get into. Characters that intrigued me, romance that started off as a friendship but turned to love and secrets that could shatter a relationship or make it stronger are all within the pages of Moonshy and it will have you rooting for Lowell and Jenny to finally be together.

In Dreams (Jambrea Jo Jones): This is a debut of the Seeds of Dawn series. Anabella “Bella” has powers that have caused her to shun society and making her life far from normal. She finds her life is changed forever when David Sanders walks into her life and she is shocked to see it is her mysterious dream man. Danger is stalking Bella and David and forces are loose that will have them both either accepting the changes that are forced upon them or leaving them vulnerable to the evil stalking them?

I liked this story a lot. It had mystery, adventure, romance and more all wrapped up with a bow. As this author sets up the series, she delivers a wild, erotic story that will leave you clamoring for more. I really enjoyed the dynamics between David and Bella a lot. There was just one tiny problem I had with Bella-she gave in too easily and I would have loved to see her go toe to toe with David more but overall it worked nicely in this anthology. The ending had a hint of upcoming stories and I am eager to see what those may be about.

Finally, Bound To Her (Sascha Illyvich): Luka has united the packs in Northern California. When an elder, Lojon, tells him in order to continue to be alpha of the wolves under him, he needs a mate. Michele hates being a lupine and when she meets Luka, she finds herself intrigued by him even as she tries to stay her course against the wolves. Can these two find a way to bridge their differences and find a passion that will turn into love before it is too late?

The final story was intriguing. What I liked about it was how the characters interacted nicely with everyone else. There were moments of D/s but it was light and the story flowed smoothly. Luka was sexy, dominant and determined to keep his place as Alpha after all his hard work came to fruition. Meeting Michele has him intrigued and though she seemed a bit too bitter at times, Luka seemed to be able to bring out the desire that hummed between them. What didn’t I like was how in one moment Michele would complain and whine she hated wolves and the next drop her clothes and moan over Luka. Granted this was a short story per say, I would enjoyed seeing this as a longer story that gave the backgrounds of Luka and Michele in greater detail. Overall, it was a satisfying story to read.

OVER THE MOON was a good anthology if you are really into werewolves and wolf shifters. Each story delivered something for everyone and the sex was very hot. If you enjoy wolf shifters and werewolves then this anthology is for you. I look forward to checking out these authors other works and seeing what piques my interest next.

CLICK TO PURCHASE! Tarn is on Colony6 in disguise. To find and return a rare crystal before war breaks out, he will stop at nothing to finish his mission, but he never anticipates finding the one man that stirs his blood and has him losing focus even as the stakes turn higher. For Zachem’Zen is a man like no other and has secrets of his own to hide. For both of these two, getting out of Colony6 is just the beginning of the iceberg as passions and conflicts arise to tempt them both. Can Tarn find the crystal and get both of them off Colony6 before all hell breaks loose?

CAGING THE BEAST is the fourth book in Ms. Harte’s wildly popular Creations Series and it is set many years later after the third book is done. I really have enjoyed this series and found that CAGING THE BEAST was a fast paced, well written story with some really interesting characters. I would love to see some of the secondary characters with their own books in the future if possible. I do have to say there are some scenes that may not appeal to everyone that include M/M, Voyeurism and others.

Meet Tarn, a warrior who was once known as the Destroyer of the Otherworld Army and now he is helping his nephew in an undercover mission. To stop an interplanetary war from erupting, he is to find and retrieve a rare crystal. Posing as a slave on Colony6, he never expects to find the one man who stirs him like no other has before. “The Beast” is one of the premier fighters and Tarn is determined to finish his mission but can he leave “The Beast” behind? Ms. Harte creates some very memorable characters and this was no exception. Strong and alpha male, Tarn is a dominant who lusts after Zachem’Zen and ends up finding something a whole lot more. Zachem’Zen is a creation and he longs for one thing only: His freedom….well that is until he meets Tarn and finds a man worthy to fight and lust over. Content to wait until he can escape Colony6, Zachem’Zen’s world is rocked by Tarn and he finds himself with the one man who can help him control the beast inside him. Can Tarn show Zachem’Zen the power of submission and love go hand in hand? I love these two characters together. They are so powerful yet both show a tender side as well when alone. Tarn is pure alpha male and all male. Sinfully sexy, he is one guy I would love to have at my beck and call. Throw in Zachem’Zen and mix together and you get some simmering tension that will leave you breathless.

CAGING THE BEAST is a wonderful tale of love, freedom and passion all rolled up in one story. With some wonderful intriguing characters, tight writing and simmering passion, Ms. Harte delves into her Creation world again and captivates her readers till the last page. I just hope this isn’t the last of the Creations world. If you enjoy a wonderful new futuristic series, then grab Ms. Harte’s Creations series (The Perfect Creation, Creation’s Control & Creating Chemistry) for one wild romp among the stars. I look forward to reading more of Ms. Harte’s enthralling stories in the future.

Nu and Set Fas are strong dominant men and brothers, yet are afraid of the one small woman in their keeping. When Set discovers that Anin loves to be mastered, he sets up Nu to get him in the triad because as Set finds out: Anin is theirs for the taking if they desire to just claim her.

CREATING CHEMISTRY
is a wild, action packed ride from start to finish. This series ends with the Fas brothers finally finding the one woman who can complete them both: heart, body and soul. Here you meet some of the past characters and you finally see where the Fas brothers live and enjoy relaxing. I love the dynamics between Nu, Set and Anin. The men were afraid to hurt this one tiny woman who longed to serve her “Masters” and she was determined to show them what she desires from them. With heartfelt actions from all three to some of the steamiest sex scenes I have ever read, Ms. Harte delivers a sound story that ties all the loose ends of the Creation trilogy. With captivating characters, some interesting worlds and a little BDSM to wet the appetite, this author captivates you and when the last page is read, you sigh over it all and then go back for more.

CREATING CHEMISTRY is a wonderful story that will keep you entertained and longing for more. I am hoping Ms. Harte goes back to this series in the future as there were some interesting secondary characters that I would love to know more about. If you haven’t read the Creation series, then run to grab all three: A Perfect Creation, Creation’s Control and Creating Chemistry. I have read some of this author’s works in the past and I have to say, this series has been my favorite so far. I hope you can pick up the latest Creation story and be swept away to worlds far away and the people who steal your hearts.

Ryen has found freedom after the control and chaos of the labs where he was tortured and held. He cannot live with the rage inside him and it takes one man to show him that submission is anything but what he thinks it is. Can Ryen learn to let himself find the peace he craves even if it is with another man?

CREATION’S CONTROL is one highly charged book that will leave you longing for more. Ms. Harte does a supreme job in introducing the reader to the world of Creations and this time she takes Ryen on a journey that will show him what submitting to another is like and to release the rage inside him in more pleasurable ways. Just a word of warning: this has M/M scenes that may not appeal to everyone.

Meet Ryen, a man who can't cope with the violent rage that lives inside him after getting the freedom from the labs where he was tortured and created. Can he find a way to get it under control or will he flame out from the pain of it all? Strong, tortured and just a little yummy is all I can think while reading CREATION’S CONTROL. Full of contradictions yet with a core that make Ryen worth saving is all I could think while reading this latest story. Full of hidden vulnerabilities, Ryen finds himself at the mercy of Drekk, a man determined to deliver some tough love to get Ryen the peace he needs, but love never runs on a straight course and these two strong yet vulnerable men will find that sometimes the strength is not fighting the emotions but letting it soothe your soul as you accept who you are inside.

The two characters are strong men who find themselves with something neither imagined: love blooming between them and a bond that seems unbreakable. Ms. Harte delves into these two wonderful characters as they fight then make up in ways that will keep you glued to the screen and hope it doesn’t catch fire from all the sexual tension between Ryen and Drekk. Ms. Harte does a fabulous job in creating characters that delve deep into your heart and never let go. With a fast pace, some yummy sex and some of the most exquisite characters I have ever enjoyed, Ms. Harte delivers a story worth reading over and over again. If you want to enjoy a great futuristic with some wonderful cast of characters, then grab CREATION’S CONTROL and get ready for one wild ride. I am definitely looking forward reading the other books in this terrific series.

Duncan is a demon doing time in Heaven for his part in a foolish prank. His wily captor Uriel decides upon a plan to bedevil both the one who is in his clutches and the fallen angel father. All of the responsibility rests with beautiful Sapphira, an angel who has fought temptations all of her life.

Will our imperfect angel be enough temptation for Heaven to win over a demon, or will this be the opportunity for the lower realm to bring down yet another from lofty heights?

Ms Harte gives us further glimpses into the hierarchy of the upper and lower realms. It is great fun to see the two sides as keepers of balance instead of pure good and pure evil. The display of some uncharitable views of Uriel and his like, as well as, the loyalty and love of the demons make the characters more realistic in our view. Certainly these foibles in our more devilish characters make them quite charming.

Duncan unabashedly enjoys his role in life and makes no apologies for it. He is an earthy character that readers will have no difficulty imagining capable of swaying souls in question to the darker lot.

Our angel is an interesting matter, never having fit into her role or her world. Her difficulties are credibly drawn and she is likeable for being so imperfectly human. What a temptation our confident male is to her.

There is snappy dialogue and a fast moving story. The only problem is that the story itself is quite over-the-top with no mystery as to what will be the final outcome. Some of the subtlety in the author’s previous works is missing here. Our Heavenly beings are weighted towards hypocrisy and we, ironically, are not shown the good in them.

DUNCAN’S DESCENT is a highly erotic read and the author has a way of making readers laugh at characters’ antics and conversation between and during the fiery scenes. Fans will wish to know what fate has had in store for Duncan since we last met him in book one of the series, THE DRAGON'S DEMON.
