Clay Bennett, a DarkRiver sentinel, has been riding the edge of going rogue ever since the day he was told that his childhood friend Tally was dead. And he is getting ever closer to crossing that line.
The street children that Talin McKade works with are being murdered and the only person that she can think to turn to is Clay. But will he ever forgive her for faking her death? And if he can, will he help her?
MINE TO POSSESS centers on Tally, Clay and the mystery of what is happening to the street kids. MINE TO POSSESS also does a great job of furthering the story arc in this fascinating series. Both Tally and Clay are strong, realistic characters that walk right off the pages. And can we say hot?? Clay is the perfect alpha male, dominating yet very tender with women and children, and very loyal to his friends and pack. Tally has been damaged by experiences in her past, yet she is strong enough to accept help to begin healing. Several characters from the previous books also make their appearances so that we can keep tabs on them.
Wow! is the first thing that comes to this reader’s mind when I think about MINE TO POSSESS by Nalini Singh. I have been a fan of this series from the very beginning and can truthfully say that Ms. Singh outdoes herself with every book. Each book is more powerful than the last and even harder to set aside for mundane activities such as sleep. Rush out and pick up your copy right now! If you haven’t read the rest of the series, be sure to grab those too.
