She just hopes her heart is ready for this. Cody sees red when the fiesty Texan offers sex to his competition. His hormones have been running wild for the full-bodied woman and her loving. The transplanted pecan tree wants this woman tied up and in his bed for the rest of their lives. When he finally has her where he wants her,he needs to tell her what and who he really is. Maria is very surprised to find that Cody is a pecan tree, and what’s worse is that her father knew all along!

This is a short, entertaining humorous story that certainly gave me some thrills and chills. Another in the Big, Blooming and Wild series, it tells the story of aliens who had to come to our planet in order to survive. Shapeshifting trees, a unique and different premise that the authors of this series have cleverly used in their stories. Dawn Montgomery has written a great story with characters that leap off the pages. A plot that is simple but well-written, and some hot sex as the cherry on the cake. Cody is just delicious and if I had a pecan tree who would change into a man like him, well!! I can recommend these stories for anyone who likes something a little different and quite hot, you won’t be disappointed.
