This reviewer is a fan of this author’s Vampire Huntress series and you won’t be let down with her newest werewolf series. Can one woman find herself in the mists of lies? That is the question for Sasha Trudeau and what this character gets is sucker punched six ways to Sunday with all the revelations and knowledge that finds her reacting to things that she may otherwise question. Add in a sexy alpha werewolf that she never knew about, some double dealing vampires, government conspiracies and a paranormal world about to explode in the faces of humanity; you got the making of a story that will keep you entertained and breathless with each page.
BAD BLOOD introduces you to the world of Sasha, her pack mates and a world that is on the edge of either a disaster in the making or the best scientific experiment to date. The characters jump off the pages and enter the reader’s world with a huge thump. This reviewer was delighted to see Ms. Banks trademark style of writing come together and deliver a story that has me itching for the next one in the series, Bite the Bullet. If you enjoy a different werewolf story that will keep you entertained, enthralled and salivating for more with characters that fairly leap of the pages and into your arms, and then grab BAD BLOOD. This is one werewolf bite you won’t want to miss!
