Rachel Copeland goes back to her roots in Marfa, West Texas, after she’s been stalked and her life spirals out of control in Philadelphia. Her father, Walter, has re-married and there’s an uneasy truce between her and his new wife, Patsy, who was once married to the local sheriff. Flying was her father’s dream and he was disappointed but resigned, when his daughter hadn’t joined him in the business. Zeke Pike, the local hermit is pulled into their world by his interest in Rachel, as phone calls from a strange woman ratchet up another notch and the strange lights the area is famous for, seem to increase. Rachel begins a red hot affair with Zeke, but their relationship seems to bring Zeke into danger too, as a mother’s love turns into an obsession and strangers come to town.

Conflict keeps the reader on their toes, as the suspense accelerates and lives are on the line, it’s a time for true friends and knowing who to trust. The small town setting makes an interesting background as the characters become more familiar to the reader. The story has many hidden depths and the interplay between the characters is interesting. It kept me turning pages, when a reporter finally catches up to Rachel, the intrusion into her life is unsettling especially when she has to remember the photos posted on the Internet. The plot has many separate threads, which sometimes pulled me out of the main story. There are many forms and layers of love displayed in TRIPLE EXPOSURE so if you’re looking for a book with many depths and threads I can recommend this one.

This sounds like a very interesting book, I like to read books with romantic twists in them. Thanks for commenting on my post.
