Sydney Somers knows how to write an explosive book in every sense of the word. She’s got characters that leap off the pages. She’s got an adventure that is breath-taking, she’s got villains that are dangerous and she’s got a romance that is hotter than hot. Ms. Somers writes dialogue that is witty and snappy. She gives her readers a hero who is to swoon for and a heroine who is feisty and gutsy. This is an all round great story. The sexual tension that sizzles between Kaela and Lorcan will just about melt down your monitor and the sex scenes are panty wetting hot! Ms. Somers infuses her story with a lot of emotion so get ready for a roller-coaster of a ride. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and can highly recommend it. In fact, I haven’t been disappointed with any of this talented author’s work.
