Sarah could handle anything, or so she thought. She has proved it over and over. But upon learning that her jerk of an ex-husband had once again let their children down while he was off romancing his home-wrecking mistress was the final straw! Suddenly she found herself smashing everything in his office lobby that she could get her hands on.
Charlie hates drama and family messes. He goes out of his way to avoid them. So why does he find himself getting in the middle of this one. Especially when he is about to make partner and Sarah’s ex’s vote counts. Can he get away clean?
I LOVED this book, absolutely LOVED it! I could so relate to Sarah and wondered how she managed to control herself with such grace and poise as long as she did. Did I mention that I love this book? I was cheering Sarah on as she destroyed Erik’s lobby and wished he could have been present for her to hit him over the head with one of those vases. And I could not help but to feel sorry for their children. Why do some parents decide that the babies they bring into this world are a hindrance and something that can be left behind when they choose to be selfish and make a new life for themselves? Yep, I really hated Erik. He is such a jerk! I loved to hate him, but definitely did not hate to love him, zero love going on here!
You know an author has done a superb job when they bring out these kinds of emotions in a reader. Ellen Hartman has done a magnificent job in penning PLAN B: BOYFRIEND. I was caught up in this tale from the very first page and found it hard to put this book down. It was completely gripping and mesmerizing. The prose was smooth and there was not a dull point to be had. This book is simply amazing. The best I have read in a very, very long time!
THIS IS NOT AN ENDORSEMENT OF THIS BOOK. THIS IS AN OBJECTIVE UNBIASED REVIEW
