Meet Hamish, a virile, seductive alpha male who has the respect of his peers and friends yet never really reveals himself to others nor lets them see the “real” man hidden behind the mask. One night he meets Grace Strachan and finds the woman who is destined to be his-just one problem, she is very stubborn and Hamish has his work cut out for him. Add in a secret that even Hamish doesn’t anticipate coming to light as he woos the one woman he is determined to have. Oh god, these two created more sparks than my poor computer could take. Sexual tension fairly radiated off these two and I could have sworn there was a fire brewing as I flipped the pages of HIGHLAND HEAT. Grace is a strong, feisty woman who made Hamish work for her heart even as she succumbs to his seduction. This was no wilting violet, that’s for sure, which had me cheering in delight. Hamish is one HAWT man and one I wouldn’t mind trying out, that is if Grace would share of course. Ms. Greene completely captures the characters perfectly and adds in some wonderful secondary characters that had me hoping she comes back to visit in the future.
HIGHLAND HEAT is a wonderful story that will keep you squirming in your seat even as you cheer Grace and Hamish on as they fall in love. Ms. Tilly Greene definitely keeps the reader glued to their seat as she takes them on a whirlwind of a ride within the pages and leaves them eager for more. If you enjoy a hot Scottish hero, a feisty heroine and simmering sexual tension, then grab HIGHLAND HEAT. Just make sure you have a bowl of ice or your significant other nearby to help ease you for it is about to get hot in the house.
