HAVOC is a space adventure with some interesting characters, hot steamy sex in front of many people and a fast paced storyline that will leave you panting. I have never read this author’s work before and found the writing tight, characters multi-dimensional and she delivers one twist after another to keep the reader glued to the pages. I really enjoyed the dynamics between Havoc, Elion and Sayal. There was an undercurrent of desire between the three that enhanced the storyline and had me squirming in my seat. I swore the computer was going to explode from all the simmering sexual tension between these three.
Meet Kels Havoc and his first mate, Elion. Havoc is left high and dry when his partner in the sex games leaves him for a chance to be in the high sex games on the other side of the planet. Stuck after wagering his ship to pay a debt, Havoc is determined to get to the high sex games even to strike a bargain with a mysterious beauty that turns him inside out. Elion has lusted after Havoc forever it seems and when Sayal comes in the picture, he is very distrustful of her motives, especially as she has no money to help them win back their ship. Sayal is hiding a secret and is on a mission to stop the one person who she ran from months before. All three characters are fantastic and really intriguing. They really step off the pages and take center stage. The sex scenes are so hot at times; I swore the monitor was smoking. There were some really interesting secondary characters that had me wondering what their story was.
HAVOC is one adventure you have to read. It had space adventure, sensual desires that steamed the pages up and a storyline that sucks you in from the first page. I am looking forward to seeing what else this author has out to explore and look forward to more stories in the future from her. Want a really fun space adventure? Then pick up HAVOC and settle in for several hours of reading entertainment.
