Author Nyki Blatchley delivers another highly erotic adventure in the Kaydana series. I love this series. I do have to mention that this is not for the faint of heart. There are scenes that may be objectionable to some readers. That said, the story itself is a fast paced erotic journey. The writing is tight, the storyline flows nicely and the reader is drawn into Kaydana’s world as she goes on her quest to solve her problem. Author Nyki Blatchley really knows the world he created in the Kaydana series. I found it to be one wild ride from start to finish.

Sorceress Kaydana has a big problem. Lonely for her lover, she used her powerful Staff of Ishlun for relief and now when she orgasms, it gets quite explosive. Nowhere to turn, she finds an older sorceress named Venjei to help her with her problem. Venjei tells her that she needs to go to the Netherworld and to the Pool of the Gods. It is there she will find the answer to her problem. Just one small problem-she has to face three challenges in order to finally reach her goal. Can she survive the sensual delights the Netherworld has in store for her in order to get cured? Kaydana is a sensual beauty who loves both sexes and is not afraid to show it. This time the problem isn’t one she has to go after but alas, one she caused herself. I love the adventures of Kaydana. Yes, they are quite erotic in nature but the author does a good job in creating a story alongside the sex scenes that do not take away from it at all. There are a few secondary characters I would love to know more about and hope they pop up in future Kaydana books.

KAYDANA & THE POOL OF THE GODS is a hot story that will surely heat your night up. I highly recommend a bucket of ice to keep alongside you so you can cool down or your significant other to help ease the ache this story will cause. I am highly looking forward to another one of Kaydana’s adventures in the future.
