Dane Bishop is the one of the reigning Dom’s in Austin’s BDSM scenes. When he meets Nathan Levi, he finds the other man sexy as sin and Nathan turns his life upside down. Nathan finds Dane sexy as all get out but he knows that there is an untapped submissive side to Dane that Nathan is itching to bring out. Two strong men try to find balance and control as they submit to the sparks that flare between them.
I have got to admit the moment Nathan and Dane met, I was hooked. Their sparks literally could start a forest fire, it was that hot. Claire Thompson delivers a fun, sweet story that will leave you blowing on your fingers from those sparks flying all over the place. Can two strong dominant men find the balance and control they need? The romance between Nathan and Dane is so sweet yet smoking hot, I was amazed the computer didn’t combust from all that heat they were generating. Ms. Thompson is a talented author who knows how to create some magical characters that reader’s fall in love with. The writing is tight, story flows smoothly and the sex scenes though plentiful but never overtakes the story.
I absolutely fell in love with Nathan Levi. He was unassuming, sweet, and completely captivated me. The characters are fully developed and are multi-dimensional. They are quite life-like that I was hoping to run into Nathan myself. Dane is a perfect partner for Nathan and both men find their perceptions of Dom/submissive as well as the BDSM world change as their relationship deepens. These two are total opposites yet they are just perfect for one another. I loved the dynamics between the two. There is a lot of give and take as both Nathan and Dane find themselves challenged together and separately. Ms. Thompson does a wonderful job in creating two wonderful characters that I could really invest myself in. The secondary characters keep the story flowing nicely and the reader finds themselves lost amid the world this author created.
SWITCH is a story I can’t say enough of. It has a fun, sweet yet extremely hot story of two people finding that their perceptions can be changed and that the right person to be with was right in front of their eyes. Ms. Thompson is an extremely talented author who knows how to display the different sides of a BDSM lifestyle with perfect balance of the lifestyle itself and the growth of the main characters. I have read many BDSM books and SWITCH has to be one of my favorites as this is an author who really knows the world she writes about. Granted the BDSM part of the story is explored but also as a perfect balance, the romance between Dane and Nathan is explored as well. Can two strong men find the way to listen to their hearts and let them fall in love?
Ms. Thompson has a knack for delivering stories that leave the reader breathless until the very end. I am eager to see if she comes back to Nathan and Dane in the future as I would love to see how they meshed together after that last page was read. If you are looking to explore the world of BDSM, then I highly recommend SWITCH to you and hope that you fall in love with Nathan and Dane as well.
