</

The much anticipated third and final installment in bestselling author Andrea Cremer’s Nightshade series, BLOODROSE, keeps readers on the edge of their chairs and breathless with anticipation.

After reading the first two books in the Nightshade series, this reader could not pick up the third and final book, BLOODROSE, fast enough. This series had been so engrossing with so many discoveries, good and bad, that expectations were running high for this book. Even though Calla and Shay seemed inevitable, who among us wasn’t secretly cheering for Calla and Ren to end up together? How on earth was Shay going to get his happily ever after? Would the lesser characters live to see the end of the series together and happily? Would the truth about the wolves and witches finally come out? And what would happen then? These questions and more are all answered in this final installment of this much talked about series, BLOODROSE.

The secondary characters played a much bigger part in this book. Everyone plays an integral part in the storyline and the story is pulled in so many differing directions. Andrea Cremer really had her work set out for her if she was to satisfy all her readers’ desires.

This reader, as so many readers will agree, both loved and hated the series ending. I don’t want to give anything away because both loving the way the story ended and hating it is really what makes this series so very good. Any time a series has emotions running this high as it ends, you just have to know it is a series you have to read. Don’t let the Young Adult categorization stop you from picking up this entertaining series, BLOODROSE and all the Nightshade books are money well spent.
