Originally
released as a part of the 2012 Charity Sip Blitz
Jay thought he was building the perfect relationship with Mr. Right until Scott dumps him by the side of the road on the way home from an event Scott hadn’t even bothered to attend. Fortunately a bikie offers him a ride the rest of the way home. Chance is a mix of cynical biker and kind and caring human. Jay’s shocked, hurt, and in lust.
This is a scorching hot little story that packs a lot into a mere 6200 words. The authors have a done a really good job of using tiny incidental details to show the reader more about the characters without wasting any words. Readers need to stop and think what these pieces of information might mean, and how they will alter or add to the relationships.

The lead into
one of the sex scenes is very playful. It was a really nice scene. Something
quite different and fun to read.
There is a
lot of “smirking” going on which I found really annoying. I do wish authors,
editors and publishers everywhere would look up the dictionary definition of
smirking and ban it for all heroes everywhere except in the very rare case when
it’s what they actually mean.
But the
story itself is fun, clever, erotic, and well worth reading. Jay and Chance are
fascinating characters indeed. I enjoyed their story very much.
This is an objective review and not
an endorsement of this book.
