Torin and Mira may be partners in the field but Mira has asked form more. Torin is not so ready for more. Partners at work is different from partners at play. Yet Mira stirs feelings in Torin, feelings that are unknown and scare Torin. He has never played or stayed with any woman for a long period of time nor has he ever felt so protective of any others. Mira could be his downfall. She may enjoy being a sub but Mira has never found a man who is strong enough to make her totally submit. Mira sees that man in Torin but her advances go nowhere until the night he comes after her at the club. When he finds her questions will be asked and decisions must be made. Can the two find a way to meet in the middle or must they be reassigned? Emotions may be the one thing that they cannot have when it comes to their missions and their lives.

Mira and Torin’s story is a great read. It is a nice addition to the Hawkeye series. Their attraction is immediate but doing something about it is not. It was nice to see the relationship between the two build. Trust is tested and emotions are brought to the forefront. The bonds grow deeper with each day that they are together and when an assignment brings it all together it all just might go to Hell. Mira and Torin are a great match, he could be the man she is looking for. If only they can let each other in  and  work together. I enjoyed watching the trust and love begin to blossom between these two. As they find a way to work and play together they also must figure out just where their emotions lay.

MET HER MATCH is a fast paced story that pulls you in right from the start and does not let go until the very end. I love this series and hope that we get to return to it many more times in the future.

This is an objective review and not an endorsement of this book.
