While running in the dark woods from his abusive alpha Dylan never expected to find a safe haven. Yet that is just what he finds in Galen. Dylan cannot let this chance slip away. If this new alpha wants him only for his ears and tail and what they can bring he may be able to live with that. Maybe Galen won’t be mean and nasty like the man he is fleeing from now. Can Dylan trust his own emotions when he is with this man or is he being tricked all over again? Dylan can only hope that Galen is different.

I enjoyed meeting Dylan and Galen. I was quickly pulled into their story. Dylan is a sweet young man and Galen is a good alpha and together they make a nice couple. I loved watching their relationship and bond form. Dylan is treated so differently in Galen’s pack than he was in Leeroy’s. As the two men figure out just how they fit together they must also deal with Leeroy trying to take Dylan back. The interaction between Dylan and Galen was sweet. It was nice to see just how much Galen cared for not only Dylan but also for the rest of the members in his pack. Their story is not only a hot one but it also has a nice romantic side to it.  Mates are destined to find one another in this world as these two men find out. The author weaves a beautiful tale that takes the reader on an adventure in this book that has you loving the characters and wanting to return again.
