This box set gives us Rose and Thorne’s journey to love and acceptance.  What starts as a bad day for Rose turns into one of the best days of his life when he meets Thorne. As big and menacing as Rose looks he is a gentle soul and Thorne recognizes this. Thorne makes the first move and asks Rose to join him for a beer and from there their story begins. The two hit it off instantly and Thorne takes Rose on an adventure of a lifetime. Thorne is a Dom and he sees the sub in Rose but Rose is not so sure about the things that they do or his submission. Can the two come to an agreement and find where they fit together or is that a breaking point in their relationship?

I really enjoyed meeting Rose and Thorne and watching their relationship evolve.  Their attraction burns brightly right from the start and as their relationship deepens so does their bond. We see the attraction turn to love and trust between the two. Rose grows so much throughout these stories and with the help of Thorne he embraces his sexuality and needs. Thorne is a wonderful man and continually shows Rose that he is there for him no matter what and that their love means so much more to him that he can say.  Watching their relationship grow and deepen through the different times in their lives made for a great read. Each man loves the other and they are willing to work for what they care about. I adore Rose and loved seeing him blossom into such a confidant man and sub with the help of Thorne. Nothing is stronger than the connection that these two men have. Every new stage in Rose and Thorne’s life brings new sensations and stronger trust between them.

It was nice to read Thorne and Rose’s story as a whole in this box set. Seeing their adventure play out was a wonderful read. Not only is their journey a beautiful romance but a hot one as well. I hope that this is not the last that we get to see of this couple and their journey.

This is an objective review and not an endorsement of this book.
