What
Gina and Reena did was not real, it was not supposed to become anything more
than a game. They were only supposed to play together to make sure the company
fell into the right hands but somehow it has become something more to both Gina
and Reena. Yet both women cannot deny their feelings for the other. Will their denial and ignorance be their
downfall, or can they put their pride aside and find love? Can they be what the
other needs so badly or will love slip through their fingers without them even
trying for it?
Reena and Gina are both strong women in their own way and together they make a good couple. Their bond is strong yet neither of the women can see past their own pain and doubt. As much as I liked Reena and Gina I had a hard time seeing their love. Both women continued to talk about how much they cared for each other, yet they were always cold towards each other because of perceived notions. The two did not seem to have a good connection or relationship. I had a hard time feeling their love and friendship. There were a few times that it showed but than I felt the relationship go cold again. I like Gina and Reena as characters, but I feel as if their story fell short. Gina and Reena learn that sometimes love hurts and you have to work hard to find your heart.

This
story moves at a steady pace and brings readers back to the world of ConFed and Sunsoon. I enjoyed the
previous books and although this book was not a favorite of mine it was nice to
see Gina get her story told.
