Micah thought his world was going along nicely until he finds his boyfriend cheating on him and Micah throws him out. Micah’s friends have never liked his latest boyfriend and his best friend invites him to his notorious anti valentine’s day party. Micah decides to take a chance and try to have a good time at the party. Little does he know just how good of a time he would have and how much his life would change in that one night. Will Micah be able to find a way to make things work with his new-found friend or will misunderstandings and secrets stand in the way?
I
enjoyed Micah and Queen’s story. It may be a quick read, but the characters are
full of emotions and depth. Queen has a story all his own and is dealing with
his own set of problems. Yet when the two meet there is not only sparks but
fireworks between the men. Each man has a strong personality and compliments
the other nicely. As the two struggle to figure out their relationship and if
there can even be one, Micah’s ex throws a wrench into it all. It was nice to
see Micah fight for Queen and do what he thinks is right. The two make a good
couple and seeing their relationship develop made for a nice read. They
couldn’t be more opposite if they tried. Micah is a health food enthusiast
while Queen loves to bake cupcakes, not to mention that Queen is really Quentin
a man who enjoys dressing in women’s clothes. Love knows no boundaries. Micah
and Queen soon find out that their hearts long for each other and will not
accept anything less.
