Joshua is still struggling but with the help of Nash he is trying to get better. Trying to leave his past behind him and work towards a future but that is so much harder than it sounds. Joshua wants nothing more than to ignore and forget his past, but Nash knows that Joshua must confront and deal with his demons before he can begin to heal. Nash has come to care deeply for Joshua, but will he end up pushing the man away as he pushes him to heal? Soon the two must decide on what they truly want and if it is something that they want to work towards together.

This book continues the story of Nash and Joshua. It is an intense and emotional read. The two men are good together and their relationship is a rollercoaster ride of angst and happiness. I enjoyed watching Joshua grow and begin to heal. Nash is a good man and Dom but does not always know the answers. It was nice to see that he was not perfect either. Both men work hard to find a way to each other. Both trying and giving each other what they can and fighting for their happy ever after. I loved seeing the kinship and camaraderie of all the club members and how the men grow and help one another. Joshua and Nash find that they can not only lean on one another but that their friends are more than willing to lend them support. It was nice to see Nash and Joshua work so hard to find peace and love. The author does a wonderful job of bringing these men and their emotions to life. The two learn that love is something that must be worked for, but it is always worth it.
