This box set gives readers Damon and Toby’s story from the beginning. Toby is a regular at Damon’s bar, yet it takes years before one of them decide to make a move on the other. We get to watch as Toby finds his way and Damon helps him to relax and experience all his wants and needs without worry. The two are enjoying themselves and learning just what their relationship is when life throws a curveball at them. Toby and Damon must deal with danger and try to not let it hurt their burgeoning relationship. Could it truly be just random or is it something more sinister?

I enjoyed this collection of stories. It was nice to see the start of Toby and Damon’s relationship. The two are good together and seeing the attraction that they have grow into something deeper made for a nice read. The two men explore and enjoy themselves without a care. Toby finally lets himself explore his wants and Damon will not let him feel embarrassed or demeaned for anything that they enjoy together. I loved seeing how Damon supports and makes toby feel. When danger comes calling Damon is ready to fight and protect Toby with all his might and Toby is just as willing. The two work hard at their relationship and will not have it taken away from them. Along the way we are introduced to Damon’s friend Peter and his submissive. The four quickly become a family and it was nice to see them come together and fight the danger that threatens to tear Toby and Damon apart.

Toby and Damon’s story is a hot and emotional read. The men are great together in and out of the bedroom. I enjoyed seeing their relationship build and grow as they dealt with what happens in their lives.
