Poor Candice. It’s her birthday, and although she’s planned and announced at work that she’s going to take the day off, she gets called in way too early as some of her colleagues, including her boss, didn’t come into work. What a way to start the day. Well, lets hope they were puking their guts out for spoiling Candice’s day. Well, at least Candice can look forward to a free night in a hotel, care of her two girlfriends, and a very nice surprise. A stripper! Well, even that goes wrong. Instead of a scantily clad hunk of beefcake, the agency screws up and sends a clown. Well, Candice won’t let that deter her getting her Full Monty, so she does a bit of clown napping and ends up in love, floppy shoes and all!
If you haven’t picked up a book by J Morgan before, then you are in for a treat. If you like a lot of quirky comedy with your romance, then you are in for a double treat. J Morgan is, in my opinion, a great comedy writer. His stories are fun, there are lots of laughs, they are full of quirky, if not sometimes manic characters, and I can guarantee you, you will not stop laughing. His stories go beyond chic lit, and if you enjoy this one, you must pick up more of his work, which also includes some really funny paranormal romances. J Morgan also writes a sensual romance and great love scenes. So, for a great read, for a laugh or three, I can highly recommend you pick up a book by this talented writer.
