I highly enjoyed this little tale from Ms. Heaton though I wish it went into more detail of Kassian’s past and what happened to his lost love Alice. Overall, A PROMISE OF PASSION is a quick read if you need to satisfy that hunger for a vampire tale that will sizzle the sheets and send shivers up your spine.
