With her plus-size modeling career on the fritz, Leena Riley must return to her hometown to regroup. Hell bent on returning to Chicago, Leena knows her stay in Rock Creek will be temporary. She’ll stay long enough to save the money needed to break free. On her first day back in town she lands a job as a receptionist for the local veterinarian’s office. Who would have thought she’d be working for the boy she decked back in her school days.
Cole Flannigan may have grown up, but he’s still as hot as she remembered.
Cole can’t believe Leena is in his office, turning chaos into composure. But to offer her a job, he’d have to be out of his mind. After all, she did embarrass him by clocking him.
What happens when Leena won’t take no for an answer?
BIG GIRLS DON’T CRY – oh man, what person wouldn’t want to read this romantic comedy? Ms. Linz has two irresistible characters whose chemistry burns up the pages. From the moment they meet, the sparks fly between Leena and Cole. But Leena refuses to mix business and pleasure. Besides, Cole’s a self-proclaimed player and Leena has no time for games.
Secondary characters? They’re plentiful, zany and outrageous. This reviewer would love to see a book written around Leena’s sister. This character was outrageous. The witty banter will have you turning the pages, laughing. This reviewer couldn’t get enough of BIG GIRLS DON’T CRY. In fact, I couldn’t wait for her next release.
If romantic comedy is your thing, don’t miss out on this irresistible read. Ms. Linz will convince you, love is possible at any size.
