Krista has felt compelled to come to Britain. The pull to Cardiff is so strong that she goes against the advice of family and friends, packs everything up and makes the journey across the Atlantic and settles in Cardiff, Wales. As soon as she arrives she begins to have very erotic dreams of a lover whose face she never sees. Her new co-workers make a dare with her. She needs to go to a haunted house and pick a rose. Thinking it’s nothing than a silly thing, she agrees.

Orrin is a Time Agent and with his partner, they have come to Earth to hunt Weres. It’s close to Halloween, and the Weres are here to feed. But they’ve come looking for more than food; they are after blood, Krista’s blood. When they arrive on Earth, Orrin finds the woman that’s been haunting his dreams. When they meet, the connection between them is something that cannot be ignored. The Weres want Krista to mate with their leader and only a Time Agent can step in to stop them!

This is one great story that I really enjoyed. It sure warmed me up on this chilly, winter’s night. Donna Grant really knows how to capture her readers with a good plot and some toe-curling sex scenes. This talented author has managed to pack a well-rounded story into this short package. Her characters leap off the pages. Krista and Orrin are an explosive couple. The plot is well thought out and reads very well. I was frantically reading to see what would happen next. Sometimes I get frustrated with the dream lover plot where the hero and heroine only meet in dreams until almost the end of the story, but this one was really well done, with Orrin and Krista meeting almost right away. In this story, Weres are not heroes and are rather unsavoury characters. But the Time Agents are yummy, and I hope Donna Grant writes more stories about these men.

So, if you enjoy a good paranormal, with great characters, good plot and some pulse pounding sex scenes, then pick this one, sit back and enjoy!
