Meet the founders of Vows, a premier wedding planning company where four friends carve their own niche to make the perfect day for those starry eyed brides. In VISION IN WHITE we meet Mackensie Elliot, the Vows Photographer who finds her falling for the one man she never expects to ever hook up with: Carter Maguire, a local professor at their high school alma mater. With the right amount of romance, Carter finds a woman full of dazzling passion and brings color into his life. With three friends rooting her on, Mac finds that love is the one emotion you have no control over. Get ready for the first book in The Weddung Quartet series and for their own happily ever after.

VISION IN WHITE is a stunning introduction to the people who make up Vows, the best wedding planning place in Connecticut. Here you meet Mac, the Vows photographer and her best friends: Laurel, Parker, Del and Emma. Each has a particular niche they cover for Vows and in the process makes the “Big Day” a dream to remember. Ms. Roberts is a prolific writer who delivers stories with heart and romance at its core. VISION IN WHITE delves into the heart of Mackensie “Mac” and how with her dysfunctional mother and family, she finds herself almost losing the one man who is perfect for her. Can she find the strength to let her heart open to Carter without giving into her fears? Ms. Roberts deftly shows the readers how Mac’s upbringing scarred her and feeds her fears she isn’t worthy of love when all she has as a role model is her mother’s failed relationships. Strong characters, a fast moving plot and simmering romance shows the reader the whole story…one page at a time. I absolutely love Ms. Roberts writing as she captivates the reader from the beginning, building up the romance between Carter and Mac was delightful as you feel each high and low as this wonderful woman finds that sometimes love sneaks up on you and slams into you head first. It was a superb way to see how friendship, romance and passion can sizzle alongside each other and delivers a heart stirring story that makes you want to snuggle up with your honey and show them just how much you love them. I am eagerly awaiting the next in the quartet, BED OF ROSES and hope the sneak peek at the end of VISION IN WHITE doesn’t have me waiting long for it. If you enjoy a satisfying story that has you rooting for the heroine to find her own happily ever after, then grab VISION IN WHITE and settle in for a ride that will leave you longing for more. This is definitely on my “read again” pile. I look forward to more adventures with Mac and all her friends in the future.
