Rose Winter is a journalist and she is not convinced the man is a pervert. She takes him to what looks like his flat and sees that he’s ok. Rose is following a story about wolves in the area that are attacking people. She finds herself one night, hunted by a big large wolf. Her story keeps coming back to the sexy man she helped and she finds herself drawn to him. They are both highly attracted to each other. But Rose has a big secret and if it comes out, their love doesn’t stand a chance.I loved this mix of futuristic and the paranormal. Marie Treanor mixes these elements smoothly and has written a story that flows nicely and realistically. She writes characters that leap off the page and a plot that keeps you turning the pages. I love conspiracy type stories and as this story unravels, you will be captivated by all the conflicts, secrets and action that happens. I also enjoyed Ms Treanor’s take on the werewolf theme. Marie Treanor has put a lot into this novella. She has also added a lot of emotion and some really hot, sensual, sizzling love scenes. I really liked the scene in the shower, oh yum. I’m looking forward to more of this series, hope they are published soon. Then I’d like to read them all together.
