CLICK TO PURCHASE! Jason Summerfield has finally has the life he longed for and a lover who drives him wild, Greek Vampire Julian Kristados. Life couldn’t be more perfect or Jason thinks until gifts start showing up with cryptic messages that scare the heck out of Jason. Before too long he finds himself in a battle from a past that has him and Julian racing to stop, for if this stalker gets his hands on Jason, life as Julian knows it will be over, for this vampire will make Jason pay for his ancestor’s debt by blood and life. Can Julian and Jason find a way to stop the mad man bent on vengeance before it is all too late?

BLOOD CURSE is the second book in Mr. Black’s Blood & Fire series that just got hotter. I loved the dynamics between Jason and Julian as he finally enjoys life with his vampire lover, Julian and the success of his band, Firestarter. With the success of his band comes a darker tone that has Jason worried as a stalker seems to have set his sights on him and he is afraid to tell Julian until an attack on him has him finally telling Julian everything. Mr. Black does an amazing job in creating characters that really stay with you even after the last page is read. BLOOD CURSE continues a few months later after Blood & Fire and I was blown away by the connection between Jason and Julian. The affection comes across the pages that these two have as well as some smoking hot sex that had me squirming in my seat and ready to jump my significant other afterwards. This author delivers a highly action packed story that keeps the reader entertained till the very last page and the ending will surely have you wondering in disbelief.

If you enjoy a vampire story that keeps you highly entertained with characters that leave you breathless, I highly commend Mychael Black’s Blood & Fire series. I do suggest you read the first book, BLOOD & FIRE, before grabbing BLOOD CURSE as the second book picks up right after the first one ends. BLOOD CURSE is a wonderful short read that will keep you enthralled till the very end. I hope there won’t be too much of a wait for the next book in this wonderful series.

THIS IS NOT AN ENDORSEMENT OF THIS BOOK. THIS IS AN OBJECTIVE UNBIASED REVIEW.
