Isabella is a Sigma Iomega Nu sorority pledge and as part of her initiation is to be at the corner of Elm and Main at a specified time. Logan Sommers runs Fantasies Fulfilled, an agency that fulfills women’s sexual fantasies. Per his client’s fantasy, he arrives to pick her up at the corner of Elm and Main at a specified time. Both ask enough questions to be sure they are meeting the correct person. Unfortunately, each believes the other is talking about something entirely different. By the time Isabella discovers her mistake, she is blindfolded, gagged and dangling from the ceiling, barely able to touch the floor. Logan knows what he has to do; he has four fantasies to fulfill before the evening is through.

Jenna Ives makes sorority initiation sound far more appealing than this reader recalls from her college days. As with a lot of erotica, imagination is the key here. Readers must accept that in this story world, male prostitution is perfectly acceptable. The not quite so consenting sexual scenes may also be a stumbling block for some.

That said; THE INITIATION OF ISABELLA is a believable story of mistaken identity that ends up with a staid college coed deciding to throw her inhibitions to the wind in favor of a sexual experience she would normally never attempt. The dialog between the leads is humorous and easily believable. The four fantasies that have been requested are one steamier than the next.

The only real disappointment for this reader was the happily ever after that the book sets up at the end of the story after the truth of the matter comes to light. This reader would have preferred that the story ended with the fantasy fulfilled and the coed leaving satisfied with Logan left to find out Isabella wasn’t his client after all. But that is just personal preference.

Readers looking for a believable set up for a steamy erotic fantasy should find Jenna Ives’ THE INITIATION OF ISABELLA just the diversion they are looking for.
