Ruth returns to the cottage to spend Christmas...alone. Two years ago, her husband disappeared and he has now been declared dead. This Christmas, she plans it to be her last as she cannot live any longer without him. Then, in the dead of night, she hears a knock on her door and there stands a homeless, ragged looking man. She should be afraid, but she’s past all that, and strangely, the man looks a bit like her husband. She invites him in to warm up. The man has amnesia and can’t remember anything of his former life. Still, Ruth is not afraid, not even when the man turns into a werewolf and runs from the house. Could this really be her long, lost husband?

Well, if it is cold outside, and snow is laying on the ground and you want to curl up in front of the fire for a quick read, then this is a story I can highly recommend to you. In CRY FOR THE MOON we meet a lonely woman who has lost her husband. As usual, Ms. Treanor gives her readers a really emotional read. You really feel for Ruth and can understand why she is not afraid of the strange man that comes to her door. And this is something you can always expect from this author, an emotional, heart pulling read. The love scenes are steamy hot, so keep a cloth nearby to wipe your monitor and a cold drink to cool you down. There is only one thing wrong with this story, and that is, it ended too soon! Can’t wait to read more from this talented author.
