CLICK TO PURCHASE! The government of Earth is sending out their werewolves to hunt down aliens. Louis, an android servant of these aliens meets Linnet one night. He finds her asleep on the grounds of their house. He finds out that they both have one thing in common. To destroy the program responsible for changing Linnet and others like her. Linnet is in heat and wants Louis in a bad way. He has been programmed to pleasure a woman. He has also been programmed to learn from his environment. He finds that his need to obey his masters and the morality of what they are doing is in conflict. Linnet is not sure if it is the right thing to do, to use this android to satisfy her sexual needs, but Louis turns out to be much more than just a robot.
Set in a futuristic world, Marie Treanor has penned an exciting adventure where the government decides to counteract a potential alien invasion by changing former soldiers into werewolves. Their sole mission is to hunt down and kill said aliens. In this story, we meet Jon Maynard and Rose Winter from the first book. Ms Treanor continues the fast pace as Louis and Linnet race against time to stop an invasion that could wipe out humanity. The sexual tension between these two characters simmers, then boils, then explodes! I enjoyed seeing Louis battle with his thoughts and feelings. He is kind of like a hunky Data, from Star Trek. Unfortunately, Ms Treanor leaves the end of this story on the edge of a cliff, so I am hoping that the final book comes out really, really soon! You can always expect a story that is different with lots of twists and turns from this clever author. She is one of my top favs!
