The fourth of Christine Feehan’s Leopard People books, WILD FIRE is a wildly passionate pairing that roars through the landscape of the Panama rainforest.

Conner Vega has returned to his birthplace in the Panama rainforest still scarred by his past. Like the last time he was in Panama, this time is also for a job. Conner’s team has been specifically requested to help save his people from an evil that brutally murdered his mother and is threatening their very existence.

The last time Conner was home, he seduced a woman for a job only to realize later that she was his mate. But when it came to light that their love was an elaborate setup, she lashed out at Conner leaving him scarred and ashamed. When these two once again cross paths, the result is explosive.

No one writes an alpha male quite the way that Christine Feehan does. Connor is strong, dark, sexy, determined and a well trained soldier. He some real feelings of guilt for the way he treated his mate upon meeting her and is determined not to screw up when fate gives him another chance with her. And since she is just as determined to make him pay for his betrayal of her, these two really steam up the jungle as well as the storyline. The villains in WILD FIRE are equally strong and really direct the story from beginning to explosive end.

Christine Feehan’s Leopard People series has proven to be a great venue for her strong alpha men to take her stories and really soar, or in this case, roar. WILD FIRE is smoldering passion and adventure that comes highly recommended for all Feehan fans.
