There are many characters that are mentioned in WELCOME TO HARMONY and you get a sense of who each one is by the descriptive and lyrical way this author writes. We have Reagan, a sixteen year old runaway pretending to be the granddaughter of Mrs. Beverly Truman; Sheriff Alexandra McAllen, a woman hiding something from her past that threatens her future; Fire Chief Hank Matheson, a man who loves Alex but is confused why she holds him at bay and many more that make up Harmony. Each character keeps the story flowing smoothly and tightly. When a string of fires break out, can Alex work with Hank to figure out who is setting them as well as their combustible attraction for one another?
Ms. Thomas delivers a story that will transport you to this wonderful little town and enchant you in the process. If you enjoy a well told story of friendships, families and relationships then I highly recommend the first book in the Harmony series, WELCOME TO HARMONY and settle in for one spellbinding ride.
