CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE! For Caesar Romano, life was going great. He had a nice job, a new boyfriend and life seemed t o have calmed down somewhat in the last six weeks. Well that is until his friend and business partner, Poppy, ropes him into doing a catered event for his ex-boyfriend. Then the day goes way down hill. A crazy German actor hitting on him…check. Stalking paparazzi looking for the next big story…check. Surviving brunch with Dan’s parents...check. Caesar’s life just got extremely chaotic. What does this New Yorker need to do, except try to make it through the day and hope like hell he can survive, to show Dan that he’s in it for the long haul?

LB Gregg has a knack of creating characters that really steal the readers’ hearts. Caesar Romano is just one of them, in my opinion. He had me at times, groaning in laughter, sighing in longing and just flat out wondering what happens next, when trouble with a capital T comes knocking on his door. Right from the beginning of TRUST ME IF YOU DARE, I knew this was a story that was going to have me laughing, sighing and rooting for Caesar & Dan. Lots of yummy naughty scenes, some characters from the first book are back with a vengeance and more chaos that seems to follow Caesar. Ms. Gregg delivers one wild fun ride, in her latest adventure for Romano and Albright and I for one was enthralled straight to the end. Tight writing, fast paced storyline and some fascinating characters help make this book a must have read for anyone who enjoys a dash of comedy to their reading.

We pick up in this wonderful second book in the Romano and Albright series, six weeks after Catch Me If You Can ended. Caesar is enjoying the way his relationship with Dan, the Detective turned PI is going and has a job he enjoys, with his business partner/friend, Poppy. Well until he is forced to cater his ex’s cocktail party, gets in more accidents you could shake a stick at and finds out just how much Dan means to him in all manner of places. Ms. Gregg has vibrant characters that fairly leap off the pages and delivers a story that will keep you highly entertained. From the beginning page to the last, I was sucked into the world of high stakes hi-jinks, with a few twists to have gasping in disbelief thrown in for good measure. Secondary characters keep the story flowing nicely and there a few very naughty scenes between Caesar and Dan that had me fanning my face from all the heat they were generating.

TRUST ME IF YOU DARE is a fun, wild ride that the reader will be sad to see end. With the right amount of comedy, suspense and simmering sexual tension, Ms. Gregg delivers one story that leaves the reader anxious for more. If you are looking for a story that will transport you to another place one afternoon, try the Romano and Albright series and settle in. I can attest you are about to enter one heart pounding ride that will leave you wondering if this author will take pity on us and give us another adventure soon.

This is an objective review and not an endorsement of the book.
