Oscar is from an alternate dimension, but his spirit was cursed into a gargoyle statue by a witch he annoyed. He desperately misses his own two partners as he watches Bo and Delayna make love. Their efforts cause his statue to fall off the headboard and smash, freeing him, but what will happen next? And how will he get back home?

This very short little story takes place almost entirely as a sex scene. The sex is hot and varied, everyone is enjoying themselves, but it’s almost impossible to get much character development or even plot into such a short length and still have descriptive sex. The author’s use of the words “rod” and “pole” over and over annoyed me. It may be to some readers’ tastes, but I prefer simple cock. Maybe save the rods and poles for innuendo in an erotic fishing scene!

The idea of the gargoyles is good, as well as the snide remarks about model airplanes, but I would have liked a little more fleshing out of the characters. I know this series , “The Edge” is designed to be very short, and very erotic, principally sex, but the word count would have allowed another 1000-1500 words which could have been during sex, through erotic thoughts and actions, to unpack a little more of the characters innermost beings. But if you’re after hot ménage sex, this book definitely delivers.
