Do you have any guilty pleasures?
Yeah…getting a massage is my newest. Reading
the morning paper while enjoying freshly brewed coffee with homemade scones.
Top-shelf whiskey.
If we asked your muse to describe you using five words, what do
you think they would say?
Driven. Obsessive. Unbridled. Open.
Risk-taker.
What is the strangest source of writing
inspiration you’ve ever had?
A photograph of the Heidleberg
Castle in Germany inspired a 2-book vampire series. Further the concept of that
ancient castle watching over the city became the vampire, Wade Kairos.
If your muse were to talk behind your back,
what secrets would they tell?
That I don't have a backlog
of stories half-started or a tickler file of ideas for books I want to write.
Scary isn't it?
Are your characters able to love or do they
need to be taught?
Across the board, I think my books have one character
that is better at love than the other. I think that makes the story more
interesting. People are flawed, my characters always are.
Can you tell us about your WIP?
I'm in the early chapters of
a gay, Christmas romance. The working title is Love on the Airwaves. It's about
a celebrity voiceover talent who falls for a guy running a daycare center.
What can readers expect from you?
Never the same thing twice. Even if they're
reading a series, the characters are going to grow, change. The story is going
to have twists and turns that aren't predictable. I tackle subjects and
conflicts that aren't typical in romances. Life is complicated. People are,
too. Marrying those concepts makes my books fascinating.
Thanks for coming. Is there anything else you
want to add?
I'm
thrilled to share the second book in the Razor series with you. Love's Storm
came out today. It's a fascinating psycho-emotional drama about three lovers
who want much more than a one night stand.
Razor: Love's Storm by Margie
Church and K.B. Cutter
Their
delicious, naughty secret is out, and it's open season on Amy and Bryce's
decision to add a third person to their marriage.
All the
talking in the world can't convince critics that Amy and Bryce's marriage is
rock-solid, and there are no secrets between them. Business associates,
friends, and family condemn their choice to live and love in a polyamorous
relationship with Raine, a FemDom. Others meddle to undermine Bryce's business
and marriage. Even Raine's Master thinks she's making a huge mistake.
With no
allies, and scorn coming from every direction, love and determination must lead
Amy, Bryce, and Raine through love's storm.
Their
journey began in Razor: Desire's Edge and continues in Razor: Love's
Reflection.

Hi, Margie!
No tickler file? Horrors! :)
I'm with you on the coffee--can't live without it. Razor's Edge looks good.
Cheers, Kelly

Thanks for tagging along, Erzabet! And thanks for the good wishes on the series.
Site Angel - yeah. Creeps me out sometimes too. At the same time, at least I don't have a pile of half-written manuscripts barking at my brain...too stressful.
Yes, Kb, a bite and a sip of of bliss. Someday we'll share them together.
