For Megan Kane, finding out she is losing her job at the diner and her sister is a one-two punch and when Hunter Abbott finds her crying one night, well let’s just say that Megan finds out that Hunter is much more than a pretty face and stodgy executive. Hunter Abbott is used to ‘fixing’ things for his family. But falling for Megan is something he never anticipated but he wants to know this beauty much better and to show her that loving someone doesn’t mean they will leave her alone. Can Megan find a way tot rust Hunter with her heart?

I absolutely adore this series by author Marie Force. With a rich and diverse cast of characters to a setting that takes your breath away, Ms. Force delivers another wonderful addition in her Green Mountain series that will surely steal your heart as it did mine. The writing is tight, story flows smoothly and the characters are well written. The author is a wonderful storyteller and she delivers another stellar addition to her Green Mountain series with AND I LOVE HER.

AND I LOVE HER is a fun sexy tale that showcases Hunter Abbott, the oldest of the Abbott siblings and CFO of the Green Mountain Store and other Abbott holdings, Hunter is a sexy buttoned down accountant who finds his interest in Megan is not as one sided as he thinks. Hunter is a man who loves to fix things for his loved ones and when he finds Megan crying, well let’s just say this man is determined to help her see that life may throw curveballs at you but all it takes is a little risk to see just what lies ahead. He is a complex man who the author slowly reveals within the pages of AND I LOVE HER. The author does a great job in capturing this character’s vulnerabilities as well as his heart especially when it concerns Megan. I loved how he tried to keep things slow and showed Megan that he would risk it all just to make her happy. Megan is a heroine who is afraid to risk her heart to anyone, even Hunter. She has had too many people she loves leave her behind and she is afraid to love someone like Hunter. But Megan isn’t as cruel or closed off as she seems (especially when we first met her in the first book, All You Need is Love). I love Megan a lot. She is a character who had a lot happen to her and the author really explores her parent’s deaths and everything on how it affected Megan. The way this author incorporated it into the storyline had me feeling sorry for Megan a little. Here was a woman who is trying to just make it through the day, never letting herself dream of something more in life that is until Hunter comes along and opens her eyes to something so precious and real. The chemistry between these two is off the charts hot! The sex scenes are smoking hot and I had to fan myself a few times to cool down. I was amazed the book didn’t catch on fire from those pages.

What I loved even more was seeing some of the Abbott family as well as past couples again, seeing where they are going and finding out what is going on in their life after their happy ending story ended. I have to suggest that you read this series in order to get the full enjoyment of the Abbott family and the residents of Butler, Vermont. The author is fast becoming my go to for when I need a fun romance to escape into. If you enjoy your romance stories filled with captivating characters, you will really enjoy the Green Mountain Series, in my opinion. This author has a way of drawing the reader in with the first page and never letting them go, even after the last page is read. Now all I can ask the author is, when will book five be coming?

This is an objective review and not an endorsement.
