What happens after your favorite characters find their happy ever after? These three short stories give readers a special look at some of the characters from the Tales of the Darkworld series by Lex Valentine.  If you love the series, you will enjoy this set of stories. We are treated to more from Colin, Aiden and many more at the Christmas celebration at the Antaeus household. Love and family play a big role in these stories. These are wonderful continuations to the characters previous books.  Sexy Christmas celebrations, finding your mate and beginning a family are the plots of these books. 

I loved coming back to the Darkworld, it is one of my all time favorite series. The author weaves a wonderful adventure in each book and these stories give readers a glimpse at more in the characters’ lives.  I enjoyed seeing so many couples come and celebrate Christmas at the Antaeus home in the first story. We get to see the love that has blossomed with many of the characters. Love and trust has grown throughout the family and their mates. In the second story we are given the beginnings of Aiden’s story. I love Aiden and his mate. Will his sacrifice be worth it in the end? In the third story Eden has a surprise for Colin. The two enjoy a fun and sexy night before she gives Colin his surprise.

There were so many couples that I was happy to see in these stories and I hope that it is not the last time that we get to see them. The bonds that were forged in their own books has grown deeper and we get to see the love that they share in these shorts. I am always excited to see more from characters that I fell in love with in previous books. Each of these novellas are fun and sexy looks into the characters’ lives and should not be missed if you are a fan of this series.
