You meet many wonderful characters; a fast paced storyline leaves you breathless and a powerful love story that captures the readers’ hearts. Ms. Enoch’s writing is tight and fast paced. She delivers a wonderful story for the readers’ to sink their teeth into. Her characters are well rounded and interact well with the secondary characters. With each page, the reader gets lost in Sullivan and Isobel’s race to each other’s hearts and the mysteries surrounding Sullivan’s past. The characters fairly leap off the pages and I was cheering them on as Isobel tries to convince Sullivan that love is the most precious gift of all. Ms. Enoch is a talented writer that delivers a great kickoff to her Notorious Gentlemen Series. All this reviewer is asking is: Who is next? Run to grab AFTER THE KISS and get ready to be swept away in a world where secrets abound, characters find that love is the greatest gift to give someone and a storyline that leaves you wishing for more.
