Sarah Vargas is on a mission since the last five years- to get the werewolf who changed her entire world one night and is now a werewolf bounty hunter, Sarah comes face to face with the one person responsible for her new life as a were while on a mission for the were clans. Secrets explode as Sarah finds out about her partner’s mysterious past as well as trying to stay alive on this mission.

FADE TO BLACK is one kick butt action-adventure ride from start to finish. Ms. Kuehl is a “new to me” and she doesn’t stint on the action in her newest release. With captivating characters and a fast paced story line, this author delves into the were world as murders, secrets and emotions come out in the open. I loved the dynamics between Sarah and Jared. The tension between them is very believable and by the end of the book, the reader is rooting for these two to work past their differences and see what the future holds for them.

Meet Sarah Vargas, a woman who five years ago, had her entire life destroyed and now she is a werewolf. Rage has kept her going the last five years as she tries to determine who changed her and put an end to his existence. With the right amount of anger and vulnerability, Ms. Kuehl deftly creates a heroine who resonates with the readers. I loved the way this author captures Sarah’s emotions as she tries to do this latest job with a new partner who is just as mysterious as he is sexy. Feeling her pain when Jared’s secret comes out; Sarah has decisions to make as she is left with questions and confusion. The secondary characters keep the story flowing and I was enthralled by the world this author created.

FADE TO BLACK is a wild storyline full of vampires, shifters of all kinds and two main characters that keep the reader glued to the edge of their seat with all the twists and turns. The writing flows seamlessly and Ms. Kuehl delivers a wonderful, enjoyable story. I just have one question: Will there be more Sarah and Jared adventures in the future?
