RIPTIDE is a very engrossing roller coaster of a ride from start to finish. I haven’t read suspense in a long time and Ms. Carroll delves right in with a flawed but intriguing heroine and lots of twists to keep you flipping the pages. With some tight writing, complex characters and a fast paced storyline, Ms. Carroll definitely delivers a story to suck you in and then spits you out after the last page is read.
